Needs Improvement
The app is great at doing the bare minimum. I can go in and see my grades no problem. However, and I don’t know if it’s just the iOS version of this app, l set the app to notify me whenever I get a new grade and although the grades come in I rarely ever get notified. Also, I would love a delete all and/or delete multiple at once feature.

Doesn’t work on iPhone.
I have done everything required to log on to aspen Follett via my iPhone and iPad and it keeps indicating invalid login. Even changed browsers. However, when I use my desktop no problem at all logging in. Very frustrating. Called aspen support and they kept referring me to the school even though I told them the school indicated there’s nothing else they can do. Corporate didn’t show any concern and was very curt when they found out I was a parent. Don’t get me wrong, the Aspen system is great! Just doesn’t work on my Apple iPhone or iPad and no one offers any additional sources for resolution.

Can’t even log in. Useless.
Update: October 10
Still useless. Now I am able to log in. For the log on button to appear, you need to move your ‘mouse’ from the password credential area to where they ask you to put in the school link. Now that I am in, i have a blank screen. A menu on the top right with options for setting and log out. If I click on settings I get an error message. Very inefficient app. I work for a software company that caters to schools and organizations. Both your app and website are not for ‘beginners’. You can’t talk to your customers the way you talk to each other.

Absolutely useless
Clearly no thought was put into the use, functionality or practicality of this site. I doubt whoever built it has ever tried to use it. A much better alternative is to just put a link to the aspen site on your phone. This site require you to re-enter the complex site name every time to get on, it fails to allow you to enter your information with the enter button....I don’t have time to list all the failures and inept design of this app

Need some updates for future technology
The app needs a serious update!! There is no option to delete all my post grades that I have from freshman year and I am a senior!! I am aggravated that I can’t view my grades or any info as it does from the website. Everyone in high school will have to participate in the new form of grades that will help them in college but they can’t because the app does not supply what was listed above. The app should be just like the website!

Annoyed
I love this app because I get notifications as soon as my child’s teacher enters a grade. My only issue is that I can’t have multiple children signed in. I want to be able to get notifications for both of my children . Can we please update this app for more than one child?

I could see this being good if you only have one child, I have grades coming in for 3 children and can’t figure out which grade is for whom right at a glance of the notifications page, that is until you open it. Would it be difficult to add students initials? Color coordinated? Also have a problem where I lose track of where I was being that the previous notification I had just opened didn’t turn a different color when I read the grade,. Maybe you could have it turn a darker shade or even possibly a check mark. Needs some updates but it is a great tool to have at the tip of your fingers.

Needs updates!
This app needs an option to delete multiple notifications at once. Also, when I log out and then log back in, it puts all old notifications I previously deleted back! Very frustrating. Lastly, it needs an option to switch between more than one student.
Frustrating
This app won’t even let me log on!! I put in everything it required and the field turned green like it said it would if it was right, and I kept pressing log on and it wouldn’t log me in! I deleted the app and waited a day, came back and downloaded again, and had the same problem! So I can’t really say anything good or bad about what is in the app. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😡

Follet really doesn’t care
As a teacher I can tell you this app is garbage and it’s amazing that with all the contracts that Follert/Aspen has landed that they have put $0 into this app. or any other app that would help parents, teachers and students. Just in it for the profit I guess. Teachers don’t bother downloading this app, it is useless, you can hardly enter attendance without it being a problem and that in itself is a huge safety issue.
