Best baby monitor app out there!
I'm not sure what other people are talking about. My wife and I have been using the WifiBaby2015 camera along with this app for about 4 months now without ANY problems.
I compared a lot of IP cameras before choosing this one and I still think that I made the right choice. The app has some great features that other companies simply don't have. A great example is the background audio. This feature has been super reliable and in my opinion puts this app ahead of all the others. It allows you to do other things on your phone or simply let the screen to turn off while still giving you audio from the monitor. This is huge.
Another great feature is the AutoMute. Our baby likes to chat away in her crib while looking at her mobiles, or while sleeping she makes a few noises, but isn't fussy or waking up. The AutoMute feature lets me set a minimum to the audio level which I want to actually here (aka when the baby is getting fussy). This feature lets me read in quiet for example, but still be alerted to when my baby needs attention.

great product with outstanding customer support
Had a bit of trouble connecting when first purchased but with the aid of their prompt and friendly customer support staff was hooked up quickly. The technical support staff is prompt, friendly, and extremely easy to work with. This might be one of the best support teams I have ever worked with. Wifi baby monitor 2015 is working well
We got the wifi baby monitor 2015 model. It's working well. We like the wide angle, HD video and audio features. Initially, we couldn't activate the wifi function, due to incorrect home router password (own fault) and ended up scheduling setup support. The scheduling was fast. The tech support, Gary Olson, was professional and helpful. We did a screen share. He was able to quickly diagnosed the issues and kindly walked us through the settings, all the features and the remainder of the setup. Works great after initial setup
We've had this running for 4-5 months. Every once in a while camera or app needs to be restarted, but that is tough to say what is losing the connection. Could be the phone, could be the camera or the router. Camera works well, but expect a slight 1-2 second delay. This type of camera is not for everyone. It does require a bit of tinkering on network settings. The customer service/tech support is awesome. I have just found that wifi devices and routers are buggy the more devices you have on your network so if your having trouble don't assume it's the camera or app.Show lessKeend0g
Some Technical Knowledge Required
Works great, as long as you know what you're doing. If you're not comfortable configuring your router, you're gonna have a bad time accessing this monitor from outside your home. Once it's up though, it's rock-solid stable.chadequate
Great app and cam
We're really happy with our wifi baby camera and app. We required assistance with setting up the camera and one other time. Their customer service is great. Super impressed. We haven't had any of the reload issues that I see others speak of in their reviews. The one thing that we'd improve upon is the clicking that the camera makes when switching to and from the night vision. It's very sensitive so it could go back and forth frequently and sometimes the noise actually startles our little guy (cam is right above crib next to a window). We've learned to keep the curtain drawn near the cam and that seems to have fixed the constant clicking during the day. Overall, we are very happy with our purchase.Show lessBW913

Great monitor with crystal clear image
I love the Wi-Fi baby monitor and at the tech-support is the best out there I love that I can remote in securely anywhere I am in the world and hear and see what's going on it's awesome being able to save some of the photos of baby asleep too!Appgirl17
Updates please!
App shuts down (even on wifi/iPad version) far too often in the middle of the night when we are a floor away from our baby - it's a safety issue - please update. Would love to see the graph information over the entire night of sleep (not that helpful for just a few min). The green LED light that flashes all night has to go...it keeps our baby awake and now has electrical tape over it. Infared and normal picture are great. Thanks!Show lessHard-sleeping parents
OK app, poor quality WiFi Baby Camera
I like the audio settings and graph of past sound but often when I open the app I have to force quit and reopen to get the camera to work. Another problem is the terrible picture quality of the 2014 wifi baby camera. It’s only 640x480 resolution which is awful. Web cams had that resolution 15 years ago!!
