This app, and Camera are absolutely fantastic, WHEN THEY WORK. I literally have to reset and run set up on the camera every other day. I cannot tell you how annoying that is. The image I'm used to seeing on this app screen is "Trying to reconnect" because unfortunately that's what happens most of the time, it cannot find the camera. I don't believe the problem is really with the app, as it is with the camera.Show lessCharlie Again

This app is completely unreliable, it takes between 10-20 minutes to recognize the camera (that is if it connects at all.) I would not recommend this app or camera to anybody. I have tried contacting the company but they are no help. In fact I find it pretty odd actual customers can't leave reviews on their website.. maybe they know the monitors they sell are unreliable.Show lesslkxynxlmds
Ok till you have a 2nd camera
I would like to express my disappointment in the wifi baby app. I was very happy with the app till I bought a 2nd camera. The cameras alone are way too expensive not to have a free app that supports multiple cameras. The sad part of it is both my wife and I had to purchase the multi-camera support in the app because we use two different Apple IDs. So we had to spend the money twice. Because of this I will not be recommending the app if you plan to use more then one.Show lessParentch

Baby wifi has been great for my husband and I to use when at home and away. Their support team has been top notch and I would recommend this product to any new parent.t_dub

I've been very happy with wifibaby! It's super easy to use, very secure, & high quality. I couldn't figure out how to set up the away viewing feature & the company called me to walk me through it. What amazing customer service!!cmgeesman
It is fine
Yes, it can be a hassle as it relies upon the reliability of your internet speed/server but overall it does what it states. It's nice to be able to see my daughter when I am at work late and not able to be at home with her and my husband. It does run your battery down as it stays on in the background, but I just charge my phone overnight or switch to my iPad when my phone runs out of juice. Not a big deal.Show lessdaisyb99
Excellent monitor
I love that this monitor runs on our wifi - I can take it outside without running out of range. Also it keeps going in the background of your phone so you can use it for other things while still listening for baby.KGargolinski

I had this monitor with my first son and knew I'd get another one for our second. It works great and I didn't have a problem setting them up. We even changed routers and their tech support took so much time to get everything fixed up for me. Awesome service!Kelly of 2 boys
100% POS
This monitor is the biggest POS I have ever used. We got it specifically to be able to monitor our child when we go back to work and also during the night so we can see if she's crying. The app is worthless. It crashes constantly, won't connect on our iPhones even when standing in the same room as the monitor, the app stayed open through the night a whole 1x and then never again, it rarely sends alerts (even when put on the lowest sensitivity), and now it's taken to crashing my husband's iPhone. We got double screwed by this POS monitor today - we woke up to a screaming baby and the app had crashed my husband's iPhone randomly at some point in the night so his alarm never went off. Thanks Wifi Baby! You're a real star! I will never buy a product from your company again and will warn every single pregnant person I see to not buy this super expensive POS baby monitor.
