Absolute BEST monitor out there
Let's start with the camera - the picture at night is crystal clear, I can pinch and zoom in and see my baby's chest going up and down (yes I've done that on multiple occasions) you control everything so if you play a noise machine like we do or maybe play a little music for your baby you can block that from going through and all you hear is your baby ... GENIUS!
Now let's talk support. Any question and I mean any question is answered promptly and if you need them to remotely take over your computer to help you...they do that too!! We've tried other monitors but nothing compares! This is worth every penny! The peace of mind it gives me is absolutely priceless!

Works great!
I love seeing and hearing both of my children at the same time, anywhere, anytime!
Doesn't work
I can login through my browser... I can login through a third party app... I can't login using this app. It tells me there is no camera connected, (we have a Wifi Baby), and even if I manually input my IP and port, no luck...
Grunt
So disappointed....connecting a wifi camera should not be such a hassle.
Great customer service
I am on my third wifibaby. These folks have some of the best customer service I've ever seen in a company. They've answered my questions with the quickness and have been great at doing screen shares to help solve problems.

Terrible
It's bad. Constantly searching for camera. I have to delete and relaid the app constantly for it to work. Annoying.
Bugs, problems
I'm trying to watch my sleeping baby right now, but guess what? Oh, that's right, my .."camera is not responding. Trying to reconnect." This stupid camera is constantly having trouble staying connected. Also, I have the lion's share of bandwidth in my neighborhood, the best router money can buy, and I'm in the next room. Our router is in between us. Is this a joke? They wanted $250 for the camera and that is a PATHETIC joke. Maybe at $25 this camera would be less frustrating than is worth the bother. Can anyone say "walkie-talkie monitor for $30?" Oh, did I mention the hieroglyphic, IT-required setup? Good god. What a joke.

Takes a load off my mind after we got it to work
We had problems with it at first as it wouldn't pick up the internet signal. With minimal signal (even though it was less than 10 feet away) it was laggy and that was when it worked. Once we were able to get it to find and hold the signal the lag time was mere seconds rather then minutes and the image was clear and sound loud. Now I can sleep at night knowing I can turn on my phone and see my baby girl sleeping soundly.
