Haphazard shopping.
I tried to shop online today, but the website failed before completion (that’s what she said) and I had to start again, but couldn’t find my original choice - my cart hadbeen emptied. This time I think it worked, time will tell. BTW, I am only buying a power adapter because a bedside lamp I bought from you has no plug, just a usba adapter, which I have no source for in my bedroom. My first choice would have been better, but my new choice does claim to have a surge protector, so no dying in bed from an electrical fire for me!

Easy to use I keep the cart open over a month and do big orders
I this app I wish all online shopping apps were this easy and intuitive to use. I can find anything I want by typing in a key word and the pictures come up quickly across different categories. It’s straightforward to adjust quantities and remove things from. I recommend this app
I’m having a lot of problems paying via card
This is now the 12 time I’ve tried to pay for items online and the online payment isn’t accepting my card it keeps saying card is declined but there’s more than enough money on my card to pay for the items so this really needs to be sorted as it’s been very frustrating with the Baby On The machine having to keep coming into the store to purchase items which I could’ve brought online if it had accepted my card my card works with every other item I purchased but it’s just your app for some reason seems to have a lot of issues this is now the fourth week in a row I’ve tried to purchase items more than six times each time and it keeps saying decline payment when it should just go through when there’s definitely more than enough money on the card to pay for the items please look into this as I shop at your store quite a lot and it’s very frustrating not being able to purchase things online it’s very hard with Baby on a machine to come into your store thank you for your time.

Come on Warehouse!, get in line with the rest of the world. Seems ridiculous in this day and age I cant use a gift card online. Ive never come across another large store that has this issue. It will certainly put me off gifting them to other people.
Catrice makeup
The Catrice makeup is such a great price for many products just as superior as other more expensive brands such as Maybelline, so it sells out very quickly but it seems the problem is that the shelves are not restocked quickly at all, in fact to find this lipgloss I went to Nelson Warehouse and then drove all the way to Richmond but all sold out there but it should take only days to be restocked but especially with makeup the consultants only come in very rarely to do a stock take and with makeup people like to test it out even in this Covid disaster so can you please stock the makeup shelves more regularly. Frypan Purchase Via Internet
It was so easy to purchase the same frypan that I have bought before at the Warehouse many years ago and see that the same model still available when looking on the internet.
This time I purchased it on the internet and did it via the click and collect option.
Found this way was quick and so effortlessly.
The only thing that is a pity, was that there was not the two fry pans, the larger 30cm frypan and a little frypan, the same make that you could purchase together years ago.

Absolutely love the shopping at the warehouse. I have cancer and so I love the delivery service, I can order one day and everything is in stock it’s like I’m on high priority, everything comes so quickly. Most of the time the next day or within a couple of days. It keeps me coming back. Thank you so much for awesome buying experiences. Excellent service really efficient A++++

The warehouse is no longer a reliable store.
Supposedly the product should deliver within 2-4 days. It turns out i have to wait 10 days. I call the 0800 number to check what the heck is going on with my order and one of their staff was able to check and he said it hasn’t ship yet. They also told me they will follow up with their supplier as to investigate why they didn’t proceed forward to arrange the order. A few hours later i received an email saying they’re out of stock and they will refund. WHAT A JOKE!!! Prior when placing an order the inventory says “in-stock” this a very poor management by the warehouse and am not happy with this slow process, Instead of having me to wait for 10 days they could have notify me earlier.
However, i was able to bought one online from Mitre10 in manukau and the next day i received a text from Mitre10 confirming that is ready for pick up. Thank you Mitre 10 for the quick response. I sincerely hope the Warehouse could learn from you!

I am so thankful for the Warehouse. Living in the USA I am able to buy Christmas and Birthday gifts and if I just want to get our Grandchildren something special, the Warehouse has always had the perfect gifts. Thank you
