Specifications and Search
Most of the tech items don’t have enough info and specifications on your website/app. To find enough info I had to google the product and read spec on other websites. Really frustrating especially when customers want to buy expensive stuff

While I can find an item among categories or through ‘similar products’ below another item, when searching the keyword your website/app is not returning those products.

App Purchase
I really like using the app, the only improvement that I’d like would be when updating the shopping cart. Being able to select several or all items and move them to the wishlist or delete from the cart, would be much better than having to change one item at a time. Sometimes I have gone in store to purchase items and then I delete them from the app cart afterwards.

Great search engine
This app is great for finding and buying any product the Warehouse sells. It is so good I even sometimes use it whilst in store to see what they have rather than browsing the aisles and you can see if what you want might be in stock before going.
Free click and collect makes it easier than in-store shopping although the amount of packaging is a bit crazy (like ironically a soft plastic collection post bag coming in its own plastic post bag).
I really hope it keeps functionality (as compared to the market app that also sells Warehouse products but the most simple search gives you a bizarre almost unrelated list). Please keep this independent app going- it works!

Buying online
The cart is too hard to find being down the bottom as all other aps show it at the top on the right. Also, everything for payment details is too small, especially credit card expiry date for those with arthritis, big fingers or just getting older! How about goong with the norm and not reinventing things that are not broken!

I really enjoy the on line shopping experience. The app is super easy to access and use. The convenience of having delivery included saves me a great deal of time and effort. Highly recommended👍🇳🇿
Poor problem-solving
Recovering from major surgery & health issues so can’t drive; ordered dog food online but didn’t arrive with other items. Waited as aware Covid delays. Rang to follow up and told would be re-shipped but no urgency even though Covid delays, missing item not my fault, am feeding dogs from own food that running low when single parent & can’t drive myself. Impossible to contact anyone at Warehouse online in timely fashion & phone help polite but couldn’t do anything to move things along. Disappointed would be an understatement. BTW can’t even post review without palapa of choosing name to post incase initials taken. Sigh!

App not working
Hi there. Since the last update, every time I open the app it shuts down. Sometimes instantly, and sometimes when I try to search for something. I use this app every day so it’s pretty frustrating. I tried to use the app support link instead of writing in the review section, but as it redirects to the app it just kicks me out

Hi, We had a technical issue between 5-9PM yesterday which caused the app to fail to launch. We have resolved that issue last night and the app should be functional as before now! Sorry for the inconvenience, and thank you for taking time to send us feedback.
Deleted my order as I was putting my cc in
Very disappointed-chose items, entered my delivery address, was putting my credit card details in when the app deleted my cart and the order in progress and I lost everything. Won’t be using this again.
