This app is racist
Beware, this app is very racist. I am unable to be seen by other users. I click on like on profiles and my likes do not go through, it seems that if you are no Chinese, you are a ghost on this app. Very racist…
Does not allow you send messages
It doesn’t allow you send message messages even you are a paying VIP, as its face recognition effectively doesn’t work. It seems a scam.

This app was modified and now I am not getting any views, likes or chats. I feel that this app is racist because I am not Asian… so suddenly after the update, my profile seems to be invincible..
Tons of bugs and unclear policy
First of all. I like this app. But Terrible user experience. Bugs everywhere. Where to report them?
Second. Not clear how vip and diamond work. If I were a VIP user, can I chat with anyone else? Or they still need diamonds to unlock the chat? There were several times girl sent me message, but I cannot see it! I had to unlock it. If the girl spent diamonds already, then it should be unlocked. It she was a VIP. I thought VIP can unlock chat with everyone. If not, what’s the point of being a VIP?

2RedBeans is Scam, they will only collect your money, all the profile are set to make it look like real but fake, they only created those profile to attract their victims, trust me you won’t get a genuine response. Only one of their workers will chat you up😔
Way to many issues with this app
The verification methods are super annoying like they always give me a error with the face recognition and the phone number even when your doing everything right and when you try to get in contact with customer service you can’t without verification so pretty much the app is useless to me .
At this point I’m better off deleting it . It’s a major headache .

This app is not letting me enjoy.
I verified my face and phone number, and suddenly I am asked to verify my phone number again without any way to remove the pop up box..

This is a fine dating app; it’s clean; no bots; no scammer (I didnt encounter any). HOWEVER, the users are not so many especially in my area (Canada) so I hardly can find a date
Horrible app
Can’t even find people in the same location. What do you expect people to do. Fly to another country for a date? Even matched people cannot chat unless they pay. So Stupid! How could app like this get some many positive reviews? Horrible!
