Don’t Do It!
Three years ago, I purchased the use of this platform and quickly found that I had no functional use for it within my company. The following year, it automatically renewed in spite of the fact that my credit card had been canceled. I asked for cancellation and reimbursement at that time. Ping board refused. Then it happened again this year each time for 1700+ dollars! While the charge was still pending, I immediately tried to cancel with both my credit card and the company. They allowed the charge to go through and Pin board will not reimburse me even though I’ve tried to cancel over a two year period. They have you emailing back-and-forth with bots and admittedly have almost no human interaction. Buyer beware!!
