Huh???
Trying the latest version - put it onto my iPad - seems good......BUT now I’ve just loaded it onto my desktop and internet connectivity has completely vanished - with or without the VPN set up, my internet is totally hanging....
Will see now how well it works
Gave me great support with much patience today on chat. Finally got my problem fixed, I hope. Starting over. Reconfigured new app download after a China trip.

Tried to use a specific server to appear as if at home. Apps still knew I was in a different location and I was unable to use as intended. Have used when traveling internationally for same purposes and it worked fine so my belief is that they don’t actually have the specific servers they claim.
The iOS App does not work
Unfortunately the iOS app does not work. It connects if you turn On Demand off and use IPSec however nothing works. Safari won't load any website and no apps can connect to the Internet. The desktop app for Windows works and I would give that 3/5 though it also sometimes has issues.

othat the on demand does not. i am on ios 11.4. if that matters. i have got to have on demand. yes i worked with support. they are great but alas no solution.

Disappointed
I really wish this worked as well as the other reviews. I went online and saw that it had a 5/5 review on this website. Ever since I’ve had it on my phone, the app never wants to connect and if it does connect it’s only when I’m using my data. It won’t connect with WiFi, while my friends have other VPNs that work perfectly with and without WiFi.
