Horrible
The application itself is horrible to start with. Consistent bugs results in the inability to make a purchase online. It really is disappointing to see such a failure of an app to make it the App Store.

핸드폰 카메라 동작 불가능 한 상황에서도 PC 결제 되게 해주세요. 회사에서 카메라 차단 되어있는데 QR 결제가 먼저 떠서 PC 결제 불가능합니다. 제발 좀 고쳐주세요. 너무 불편합니다.

앱을 통합해주시면 안될까요?
하나멤버스에 이거 하나은행 쓰면 또 앱 따로 있고..ㅠㅠ 핸드폰 용량이 넉넉하지 않아서 매번 지우고 재설치하는 것을 반복합니다

입력하신 수신번호가 정확하지 않습니다만 무한반복하고 도저히 넘어갈 생각을 안하네요..

외이파이 전용 iPad에서 사용 불가
이전 버전에선 와파이 전용 단말도 지원하더니..
지원 안된다는 팝업만 뜨고 끝이군...
나같은 고객은 필요 없다는 말로 들리니 나도 앱 지워주마.. 안쓸란다.

No English interface!!!
Makes this app useless for me, and my KEB Card also. Everytime I try to use the card online, for anything regardless of how trivial I get the Hangul pop up window which ends my attempt to finish the transaction. What’s up with that?
I have a Thai Krungsri bank credit card and even they have an app with English support. Get with the times!
