Amazing and flawless service
I've used Juliette several months now and am elated. They pick up on time (10:00pm) and have it returned in often less than 3 hours.
The clothes are perfectly folded, sorted and separated.
The app is well designed and Juliette is a great service.
Yeah, it is laundry. And that's why they care. Because without clean clothes, you're essentially stranded.

Don't bother
A total waste of time with their customer approach/invitation. It's a service for laundry, not a request for a Bentley with a custom paint job. This company needs to post areas serviced on their website or app...
