I have been using this app since it was offered by SYB. It has improved and I’m pleased with each improvement. It won’t help you lose weight or make your teeth bright and white. It does what it is supposed to do— keeps track of one’s accounts, income (deposits), and allows one to effortlessly pay bills. I also use it to transfer funds from one account to another. I like it. Wish it had my full account number & routing number listed to make it easier when I need it. Transfers from our own personal savings, ex-vacation fund, don’t always go through especially evening time which could be an issue and wish the app had the feature to lock your cards.Esmithgilson

This bill pay system is great! So easy to use and makes bill payments possible anytime anyplace. Occasionally I have difficulty logging in lately. Even though the user name is there, if I don’t re-enter it I cannot open the app. That just started recently, this is still the absolute safest way to pay bills. Great banking app
My beautiful wife and I greatly value having the SYB mobile app. Very user friendly & to date very secure. It allows us to stay completely updated on our checking and savings accounts. Hi, I’ve used Chase, PNC, BofA, and other small FI apps. SYB app feels like a packaged off the shelf type product with very few modifications to create customizations or slick UI’s to enhance customer experience. I’d prefer them to spend a few more dollars to enhance their online billing feature to obtain direct relationships with payees to shorten the turnaround time for sending money. Reporting options are fantastic though. Having access to a few years of transactions is great.Show lessCNelson482
Can Not Find Copies of Cashed Checks
Opened the account to use for transactions that I needed documented with cashed checks for documentation. It is very difficult to pull up cancelled checks and past a certain date (around3 months, it’s near impossible). During an IRS audit I had to get the recipients to provide me documentation of payments since the bank was unable to provide me hard copies. I went to my local branch. They were fantastic but unable to help me. I know this is more of a bank problem than an app problem but the product does not meet my needs.Show lessJLo767

I started with Mike Gootee at Poplar Level Road and when Mike moved back to Corporate we moved our account over to Breckinridge when we moved to Prospect. We now live in Sunny Palm Coast Florida but I still keep my account with SYB. I only wish there was a way to transfer funds between SYB and our Florida bank😎😎😎Show lessThe Shear Wizard
SYB. Amazing service
All the people working at this bank has some of the best social professionalism for work that I wish I could have some of there spirit cause no matter who you are in life we all got worries and stress and no matter when I come in weather it be me or any other customers these ladies are amazing happy and laughing even lift people up I love this old bank my mommy use to bank here and my dad/ uncle danny Barrett ever since I was a child the service here has been absolutely amazing if anything is wrong they will get it fixed thank you SYB for your serviceShow lessjack1938$&?
Antiquated
Outdated antiquated doesn’t show accurate balances. Poor problem solving when these issues are pointed out. I’ve followed all of their instructions and still having all the same problems. Makes it difficult to run a business when you can never trust the info on your banking app. I have experience with at least a half dozen banking apps and have never had anywhere near this level of problems.
