  • Disappointment.

    I too have had in my system for years and all of a sudden it to stop connecting to my iPhone. It works fine on a monitor, but I would love to take a view of my home when I’m not there. And that was the whole purpose of buying the system. My only disappointment is , there’s no tech Support or a fix That we can download to correct their issue. It’s as though they don’t care.I am now considering another brand.

    Update your software and support your older customers, clowns. What a waste.
  • Not working at all

    I used to use this app frequently but suddenly it stop connecting mu camera system. Answer i got is their working on it but that was months ago. Even now im trying to get that bug fixed but still not working... i wont recommend their products, not customer support.

    Worked well for 3 years. Now discontinued
    Defender wants to force customers to buy a new system. I will for sure, but it won’t be from Defender.

    This app has crashed and hasn’t worked for weeks !!!!! No way to view your camera system!

    This app has worked good for a few years but quit working, Defender cameras are useless without the app!
  • Just stopped working

    I have several Defender systems and had this app for a couple of years. I have both the original system and the Defender HD 1080p systems at different locations. I have been thinking of upgrading to a 4K system. With that in mind I have tried to stay loyal to Defender but since they have apparently decided to not to support their past customers by not maintaining this app I am in turn not supporting Defender any longer and will now move on to the Reolink 4K system. Hopefully Reolink will continue to support their customers better than Defender has.

  • "Limited Authority" message

    Horrible! EVERYTIME I open app to view camera feed, I get a message saying "Limited Authority". I can’t get it to work!

    The old app was WAY better. You opened app and all cameras loaded automatically!!

    PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!
