It's Become Worse !
I'm very disappointed in this app. For the past month, I've had to re-boot my system every few days because my app doesn't work. This is becoming counter-productive to even have this. Why can't you guys fix this thing? !!!Mmley
App doesn't work.
When I installed it, I thought it was a great app. Because I've bought a Defender System. It only works on the same wifi. When I left home trying to view on some place where I'm on wifi connected; the app refuse to connect. Untill that day thieves broke into my house. They didn't took the box away. So I could retrieve the thieves. Please make this app work fully!!! Not only on the same wifi. Please make an UPDATE ASAP!!!Show lessSixHero7528
Update please
App needs alert that can be turned on when motion is detected. Better playback takes to much work to look back, definitely needs to keep the cameras up so you don't have to go under devices and click... Needs to be updated with more options.Ashleyh12345
Uninstall, then reinstall this new version
I updated the version an the app crashed on run, just like everyone else. I had to uninstall it and then reinstall and re-add the camera info.

Defender, really?
Did you even beta test this? Version 1.0.2 crashes while opening.
Beyond that the user interface needs help. Cameras don't always auto-load requiring more steps to open. The icons are confusing and need labels. Some steps need to be eliminated, simplified, and/or more intuitive. If you only have 8 cameras, allow only 8 slots to view. All the extra unused spots just add to the clutter of this app. Most app users won't have more than 16 cameras, and are typically home or small business owners. Defender is a great company but some of the technology need faster/higher quality improvements. If the customer service and warranty wasn't so good if consider other brands. I still have faith in you, fix it!

DO NOT UPDATE
The app was great until this new update. I can barely get the app open before it shuts down, then when It does decide to open it will not show any of the cameras. I bought this system so I could use the app to watch my cameras on my phone, they need to get it fixed like yesterday.BigElDogg
Works great until.
I really liked the app until the last update, It crashes all the time. Can you fix the remote play back to show more than one camera at the time (like 4). Also can you fix the live view, so when you open the app it will show the live view instead of clicking on it.DCJ2045

App works great. Setup was a breeze. Very nice to be able to view recorded events. One feature that could be added- manual control of PTZ cameras. For now I just have two apps - this one and SwannView for the odd instance I need manual PTZ control. Otherwise this is app is far ahead of SwannView.mpr5231
Only able to view on same network
I am only able to view on the same network. When I'm away from home I'm not able to view my cameras other than that works fineJc7606
Awesome working App!
I was so happy with my first Defender system I bought a second one for another location. Because of the multiple screen options I can watch both units simultaneously. The Remote Playback option works great. I couldn't be happier with this app and the Defender products.
