Great App!
NextMark app is easy to use and navigate. I’m able to conduct almost any business I need through the app. More importantly everyone should belong to a credit union! They put their profits into their members-members helping members!
Your app is frustrating
To whom this may concern - I have several online banking account, this is the most frustrating account. Ever since you changed to NextMart things from my opinion have gone down hill.
I’m still trying to get my ex-wife removed from the account I created after our divorce, we separated back in 2019 and for some reason she still shows up on my Zelle as a point of contact. Both phone number and email address.
Furthermore, this is the third time the app signed me out and completely unregister my device. I have the passcode and Face ID set up so I don’t have to remember the password, each time your app removes me or on registers me I have to go through this whole process to set everything up again. I don’t have to do that with any of my other online banking apps.

Love being able to deposit checks by my phone! Its easy to move around the app & transfer $.

Slow app opening
The past couple of times waiting for the NextMark app to open have been longer than in the past. Once it even timed out.
Great access and user interface
Easy to use. I was able to link external accounts and this makes financial management easier.

Mobile check deposits are unavailable, and the camera settings aren’t even available on Apple iPhone 6S. They don’t appear on the phone at all.
Both in the app and on the website, the external (verified) accounts are not synced and the balances haven’t been updated in 2 years. I’ve called customer service at least 5 times over the past year and a half about this and it’s never been corrected.
The bank doesn’t notify you if you have an unusual transaction, but then locks your card for $5-20 for a donation or charge online when there is regular activity. These are ongoing problems that the bank has never even attempted to address or follow up on—for years. Now the app is not allowing mobile deposits either.
