Overall I have been with this bank for I believe 3 years now and I must say they are very understanding of their customers. They treat you on a personal level with your questions or concerns and not to mention they have low interests rates in their loans! Glad I joined this bank! Thank you

The NextMark Software does not give you notification or show pending deposits

I don’t understand why it takes 2 days for a mobile deposit to hit your account. My other credit union posts the same day, usually within 30 minutes. Also; why are your ATMs still dinosaur that we still have to use envelopes to make a deposit and it takes days to post?!

Stupid
Hate this app, gave me a hard time with my password and now it says no accounts to show?? Very disappointed.
Totally broken
New app is a disaster. Keeps asking for a password change and cannot get past updating of profile. It remains stuck at the submit screen and won't move forward. When I try to log in again I have to use the *new* password I created because for some reason it remembers the password change even though it's never officially submitted. I've had to change my password four times now and I can't get past the profile update screen!!
