  • Addictive Adaptation of a classic!!!

This "Adaptation" of a classic arcade game (of a similar name) has enough of the 8-bit charm to make it appealing to classic and old-school gamers but still has the ease of use of the newer platforms. It runs very smoothly and I love the graphics.

The only thing I would change would make it an option to have a digital d-pad on one of the other 3 corners on the screen. Making it a translucent pad so the user can see behind it and at the same time, disable the on current movement system. Make it an option in settings where the user can enable it or disable it.

That's all, other than that, this game is amazing!

  • Addictive little time waster

I know that "real gamers" would call this a "casual" game but this is some real old school arcade style action. Instead of seeing how far you can go horizontally though you're going vertically mostly. Down. The game keeps track of your highest score and as you pass it you see your little ghost. You start to listen for the lava and try to avoid it and then come the mummies after about what..1000 feet? they're horrible.

And it's great. This is a simple premise but a difficult game, and if you're looking for something to pass a few minutes while you're waiting in the doctors office or something, it is one of a short list I recommend.

  • This Update Elevates This Game to A+

I downloaded this game quite a while ago and have always enjoyed it. But man, it took some dedication to get down in the lower levels. There were a number of quite harsh mechanics in the game that enjoyed taking your little dwarf friend and either smashing, eating, or atomizing him in someway. Don't get me wrong harsh or not this was a fun game. Boom, this update has removed the harshness and better focused the game on the enjoyable challenge of making it down past 1000km. I guess what I am saying is, its a lot more fun now getting down to that place where I keep getting eaten by an Ogre.

  • Great Simple Fun

This is a great fun game that despite the limited features. I'm giving it 4 stars because it has a problem and lacks many things. There should be a way to move the things on my interface around; all too often I accidentally click on my magic when I don't mean too. There should be a joystick option as well because it would allow for much more control. The game could also use a check point function because the hardcore element of having to restart every time you want to ply makes the game less and less appealing. There should be a save feature as well because the game closes it self upon not fully turning your ipad off and this has caused the game to break for me about once or twice
