Can’t even log in
So many error messages, I updated the app and I can’t even log in. No Face ID, cant even reset my password
What a turd
I try to make an account, it doesn’t remember my password. Forgot password doesn’t work.. face scan doesn’t work. I like this place, but your app is terrible.
Point system
App support is unavailable, missing points option is not working or scanning. Even when using the website 85cbakerycafe.myguestaccount.com, doesn’t register.
Can’t make an account
Made an account but it never sent any email verification, not allowing me to finish setting up my account. I wanted to make an account to take advantage of a deal they were running but it’s not letting me. It’s annoying. Deleting the app!
YAYAYYA
The best place for a sweet treat!!! Just went there for the first time, their mochi is fresh and delicious. I recommend getting the caramel coffee smoothie, it’s so worth it!! I’m definitely coming back for more sweeties!!!! 😋😋😋😋
Bad App
Not good app. Difficult to redeem points app and they suddenly remove the account and points so that I cannot use it.
Garbage app
The app sucks and the staff inside make the app worst. What’s the point of the app when you still need to get the attention of the staff to let them know you made an order of the app. Dumb. They need a new process on how to handle app orders. The app should at the very least let you know when the order is completed, which it doesn’t.

awkward and unintuitive app, not user friendly
This app is a prime example of how not to design a mobile app. It’s very unintuitive to use, and the order history is nowhere to be found. The ordering and in-store pickup workflow is broken. Whenever the store has a long line queue, the mobile order is no longer a priority—you still have to wait to pick up your order despite the estimated completion time. The workflow isn’t well thought out. They should study from Chipotle, Starbucks, and other major fast-food brands on how to run a mobile ordering platform and pickup.

Waste of time
Worst ever. Ordered a drink and was told to wait 25 min. Upon arrival after 25 min, the staff didn’t even know the order exist and they have to search for the order and print it from the counter again. So frustrated.

Can't manually add points
I just realized I could earn points on my purchase. I tried scanning my receipt from yesterday and the app opens to scan the QR code and then crashes. Very dissapointing. It's updated so that's not the problem.

I can't even make an account to the app I also can't get in the website on the computer This whole thing doesn't make any difference or sense at all No Wi-Fi on the restaurant The app doesn't work In the computer doesn't work How Will anyone any boy or some figure out how to log in DUH......

Registration doesn’t work.
Registration doesn’t work. You’re asked to enter your phone and email during registration. Your phone number gets verified immediately, but you never receive the email confirmation (not in your inbox or junk folder), so you can never access your account. Tried multiple phones and emails, but the issue persists.

promotions apply 1 day after downloading
downloaded the app in line because I saw a 50% off promotion for app users, only to be told at the register that the promotion would only be valid tomorrow. The bait and switch put a bad taste in my mouth.
