no account after 8 years?
i have had an account here since 2018 and it never works whenever i use my email. it says that there is an account registered but when i try to log in or sign up again it says that my email is in use.. by who other than me?? wtf
Doesn’t work
When I clicked sign up, it just puts me in a loading forever and it never loads. I wait 20 minutes for it to load and still didn’t load. Fix Your App.

QR scan function sucks
I tried scanning QR and enter the code in for a receipt from 1 day ago, kept getting the error “Invalid” after the 2nd try, the screen just kept flashing back to the QR dash without any message nor error.
my conclusion, unless you have the app open for the cashier to scan YOUR QR, don’t waste your time with scanning QR from the receipt like i did.

SUCKS BIG TIME- cannot sign in
required phone number to sign up, and email address. For some reason, I typed my email address wrong. For singing back in after creating a member account, they only require email to sign in. So yea, I will never be able to sign in now, or create a new one, cause it says my phone number is in use……
I love 85 bakery
Me and my family love 85 bakery i highly recommend this place to anyone i know, i go about once a week, all the breads, pastries and cakes are so delicious
Extremely slow
The app looks nice and is aesthetically pleasing, but that’s about all it’s got going for it. I usually order in person, but this time I used the app ahead of time thinking it would be ready by the time I got there, or within 5 minutes of arrival. I ordered a different drink this time because they didn’t update the menu to include the new seasonal drink I wanted. After ordering I closed the app, but that’s where my problems started. I was waiting in the store for 20 minutes confused on why my drink was not ready. I had no way to check in with the employees either because I didn’t have any way to access my order history. AFTER 20 MINUTES, I got an email confirmation saying they got my order. 20 minutes!!! It should be less than 10 seconds to process an order!! After receiving the email, they took another 10 minutes to make my drink. Entirely unpleasant and tedious process. Don’t use the app to order ahead

Where are my points??
I visit the bakery a lot as ai love their products, so I expected to start saving up my points. HOWEVER, when I tried to scan the qr codes, it does nothing and brings me back to the main page. I tried to input the code by hand and now it tells me there’s an error. I just want my points😭😭!
Terrible app
I just downloaded the app and have not been able to login after signing up. I hit “forgot password” to reset and never received an email. I tried to sign up again and it states that my phone number is already being used so I can’t create another account. There are no help options either. Deleting the app and hoping this gets fixed soon!

Can’t login
I have an existing account that I can easily access through the web but when signing in, it does not let me and says that the account does not exist. When I try to make a new account with the email and phone it says account exists. I tried to forget password but it won’t even send the email to reset it. How am I supposed to use this app if I can’t even get through this first step??

Everything is complicated to do certain things. And why even offer pickup when it doesn’t even work 99% of the time?? We just go somewhere else. So disappointing.

it was working perfectly fine for a couple months, then outta no where i’m just stuck on a boba cup graphic and watching this thing load forever everytime i open the app. i deleted the app and tried to login again but it doesn’t even load to let me login. something wrong with the app for some reason and the reward from points prices are insanely high, nobody gonna get 85 points for a boba cup cuzzo.. and one order is only 6 points! they needa fix ts, there’s a reason why the ratings wack. now i never go to 85 cuz i cant use the app. yall need better coders and programmers. until then, imma go get me some mcdonald’s

Apple Pay Never Works
Every single time I try to pay on the app it never works and says my card doesn’t work because a zip code, but I’ve used Apple Pay and the same car on multiple other apps and payment methods on websites and it did work. So there has to be something wrong with the 85C system
The app is really bad
I have never seen an consumer app that fails as much as this one does. this just tells me complete mismanagement and incompetence of the development efforts where not even basic qa practices were followed. Shows where the company’s prioritizations are at in the modern era and this is quite disappointing. 85c has fantastic pastries, baked goods, and drinks and this is just such a disappointment that unnecessarily mars the entire experience. Still a fan, so hope fixes come soon.
