Okay App
Have been using Skip and others for a few years - all good concepts and similar to each other. Significant drawbacks with Skip include: app continues to be unstable (crashes); frequently slow (causes much frustration); frequently inefficient (regular random log-outs); does NOT give. record of purchases (particularly when buying, for example, 30 coffees pre-paid - meaning cannot see accuracy of credits). Many others have noted these issues in their reviews also.

Unauthorised transactions
I have two sizeable unauthorised transactions which is odd as I have never had a skip account. Contacted support who advised they were unable to do anything as the transactions were authenticated with the skip account email address, claiming that as 3DS2 authentication. I’ll be disputing these transactions with my bank but don’t believe what they’ve claimed as a 3DS2 transaction has actually occurred and believe they should be doing more to authenticate payment methods and identity of their users.

Keeps logging you off.
The app logs you off frequently so the time saved is often spent logging back in all the time.
Also there are banner ads at the top that take time to load so when you think you are clicking on your last recent order to repeat - you accidentally click the ad.
I do like that it keeps track of loyalty rewards if you frequently go to the same place. Also that you can discover new high quality places if you are in an unknown area.
