Expensive! And misleading!
I'm not against paying for software, but this "free" app does not allow saving unless you subscribe. The cost is $18/month to $350/lifetime. Honestly this is ridiculously expensive for an iPad app. Other than that, I liked it. Right up unto I spent an home drawing a plan and found out the money they were going to extort from me to save the effort I'd already put into their app.Show lesstimdavis130
Misleading
This app misleads the consumer to think that it is free, but actually only offers a trial version that lacks creativity. Free version allows you to design a 1000 sq ft rectangle. Boring!8 in corner
So good
This app has been priceless during our renovations. To be able to see the build inside and out in 3D makes visualising the finish so easy. Easy app to use3bully
The most complete house and site design app
Yes it's expensive if you subscribe but this is a professional piece of software, not just another app. I've tried all of them and this is by far the best for an all in one solution. Some are more realistic at rendering, some are simpler to use, but none are as powerful and flexible as this.Parody1

Brilliant App
Building our own home, I used this app to visualise and amend designs before planning application... Saved us time and effort and money getting the perfect design before even applying for planning permission. I haven't seen any other app with the same capabilities. Brilliant app to own. This app isn't a game it's a seriously professional software. Only one improvement I can think would be the colouring of outside dormer walls - cannot be changed, this is a really minor issue.Show lessIan17012013

Feature rich but old
It's easy to use and very flexible but the 3D renders look like a 1st person shooter from the 90s - no texture, shading and limited colorsTsao Tsao
Really useful but...
Could do itch a few more choices for fixtures and equipment. If selecting a bespoke colour would be good to duplicate. At moment have to enter rgb colour mix every time. I would also like to see curved walls / features and ability to add extension without having to redraw slab outline.
On the plus drew up a 240m2 house in a afternoon from survey data in an afternoon. Rendering not perfect but close enough.Show lessm4wal
