Awesome, but needs landscape mode!
Love this series (it's my favourite on iOS), and this is a great sequel, only have one issue. I understand why you only have a portrait mode for iPhone, but the iPad version needs landscape mode. It just feels wrong to have to turn it the wrong way to play it after playing the first two versions on iPad. having the option would be great. Until then I'll just play it on my iPhone.
Another gripe that pops up later- no save mode! More than once I've been in the middle of a mission and had to stop for work etc, and when I go back to play it later the game had reset and the level I was playing has been erased, meaning I have to start all over again. Even one save slot for times like that would be great.Show lessnxr666
Save your money
I was desperate for a sequel to either GBWG or GLWG. saw this and thought I'll buy that. Disappointing in that the "scenarios" in this game are nothing more than the skirmishes in the previous two. They modified the skirmishes to either kill general or destroy hq. Further the computer player is so weak that some scenarios can be completed in 2 days. Lunch bag letdown. Still if you loved the other two there still is some gameplay to this. Hence the two starsShow lessFranko909

I have been waiting on a sequel and bought as soon as it showed up, what a mistake. I actually think this is a step back from previous title. Some maps take as few as 4-5 turns to win, with little or no strategy involved. Several maps the AI doesn't do ANYTHING, other he cannot because he has no wells (level 45). Sorry Rubicon, you failed to up the ante, felt like a map pack for previous. Oh, and I echo other - no landscape for iPad is inexcusable.Show lessTR911
