Poor app and harassment from customer support!
Hardly anyone from US and mainly UK, Europe, or Mexico. I don’t want a long distance relationship again. Still super expensive without any good benefits. The filter option is worthless because i choose United States and I get everything but the United States. To get a cancellation is terrible because the support is nonexistent and they don’t care to help you. They make the cancellation process so difficult to. I’m disputing with apple now. Update: Luxy will NOT refund you even if you inquire about it after 1 day and it even says you can get one in the FAQ’S but that’s a lie because they don’t offer refunds period. Be careful before you buy this! If you live Europe you have no problem but if you live in the USA there’s hardly anyone under 40. Update: got a refund from Apple since Luxy refused to refund me after I asked day 1 for a refund and now they won’t stop harassing me! Luxy support seems like an automated system because they keep repeating themselves!
RESPONSE TO DEVELOPER: No that doesn’t help! That feature doesn’t work at all! I would try searching in my preferred location and instead of getting Miami or New York I get Europe. I also said this in a email and you guys seemed to not care.Show lessAngelofentropy

Site of no use unless you want to pay the overpriced subscription. Most, if not all, of the female profiles are either fake or bots. Total waste of time._Muzz99

Stay away from this. Banned me for no reason, won’t reply to my two emails of why why banned me. I even paid $130+ for the features. I don’t even talk to guys there as much or open the app as much. Horrible customer support for such a “luxurious” app with “high-value” menjajdnajsjas

I didn’t use the app for 1 month as it was boring and full of scammers When I logged in after a month they locked me out of my account without explanation and when emailed would give me no explanation There was nothing inappropriate on my account and when I tried to join again they’ve blocked me permanently Also a lot of men lie about their income and it’s not as luxurious as it was in the beginning They let anyone who pays to join
UPDATE: in reply to their comment, all I did was not use it for a month as I am a business woman and don’t have time to use it all the time, when I went back on it after a month, they blocked me for no reason. No guidelines or rules were broken. I can never pass the verification section now, HOWEVER I can pass it straight away if I pay £80 a month 🤣 so not sure what “guidelines” I broke that I can only join now if I fill their pockets. Most of the men I met on the app fake their income and are taxi drivers. Avoid this app.Show lessSabahkahn

Based on “my” experience”, I would actually place this app in the top 3. The app interface is a bit weird because of the “roses” and all these other gimmicky props that you’re able to “gift” women but honestly you can just ignore that feature completely. The app will show you many profiles from people literally living around the world so you kinda just have to keep combing through profiles until you find one that lives near you. Luckily I live in Miami so I find a good chunk of profiles that live near me. Also, if you’re just “liking” profiles you may not always get the girls attention so I find value in paying here and there for the ability to send messages every now and then (yes I know paying money on a dating app is seen as taboo but I look at finding a partner as an investment so it won’t hurt to spend $50). Bonus tip: there is a feature called “lucky spin” which you basically spin a wheel once a day & it’ll give you a prize which could be free messages or super likes so if you’re really penny pinching you can just choose to spin every day. One annoying thing I do want to say tho is that a couple months back the app developers changed something to where people are able to send introductory messages to me even tho I haven’t like them. Now I have to have the app notifications off because I’m getting bombarded. PLEASE remove this!Show lesseddieizq

Just ai/bot profiles they are all fake, I was a bit on the fence at first until I found my sisters pic on there from pics she has on fb from years ago! Absolute scam, Luxy you must like getting sued when you use other peoples pics without their consent.
Edit - they have contacted me with a very generic message telling me to report profiles which are fake, but it’s very obvious they are the people to have put them there, and they have no qualms taking your money and selling a false service to you!Show lessJimjimjimmyjim

I am on a few Apps and wanted something more up market. Once you pay for your membership, you then have to continue to pay for everything. You get very limited swipes each day (which I think is down to a lack of members in the region). The App is not intuitive at all, although I filtered people in my location, the stack kept coming up with people on the other side of the world, using the limited swipes I have each day. Not at all impressed, would not recommend using this App if you live in Dubai Also the signing up process is exceptionally misleading. I thought I was signing up for a 12 month subscription payable monthly, but ended up paying the whole year in one. They refused to change the subscription, so I am left using a really crap dating App, with very limited people locally.
Thanks for your response, I have filtered to just Dubai. Tonight I had 60 swipes, each one I looked at loved in places ranging from the US, Canada and across Europe. If you think this is close to me and it is possible to have a relationship then maybe you should rethink your App. I am not looking for a long distance relationship. You lure people in with selling this as professional and good looking people but actually most of your members seem to be in India, certainly most of my likes are coming from there.Show lessg13howard

here and we dated for a while it unfortunately didn’t work out as he was from NY and me london.. I went back on here im currently doing my masters in architecture I paid for membership and then when it expired i didn’t re buy as I went on holiday to thailand and just didn’t want to be on the app on the last day of my holiday they blocked my account and said it was due to there guidelines one of which was harrasment or suspected sugar baby!! sugar baby? i sent an email with evidence i was who i said i was and told them i just was on holiday and they didn’t re activate my account… I mean i’m an educated young woman and business owner I was on the app to meat someone genuinely so feel very discriminated against for no reason such a shame. the customer service were very rude aswell. i’m appalled tbh ..Show lesskelliee101

The app hooks you in by showing you fake photos of men, then when you pay they all disappear and there are no matches in your area. If you are contacted by someone it’s by creepy looking men from the other side of the world 20 years older than you or ones asking for a follow on instagram, if you check them out on Insta they only have girls as friends and half are fake profiles. Suss or what. And apparently people are “verified”. The app crashes, freezes and constantly asks you for money, if you buy the horrendously overpriced monthly membership you still have to pay more and more to get multiple in-app features in order to use the app properly. Don’t waste your time with this one. Really dishonest and greedy developers who are clearly no longer investing in the apps performance, instead they focus on ways to scam more money out of people in the quickest time possible before they catch on the app is just taking them for a ride.Show lesswatto181
