It barely allows you to do anything of value. Lags, keyboard stops working all the time, can’t change screen resolution. It is raw, unfinished, made by incompetent hindu speakers. 0/10veganson

Sorry to hear that your NoMachine experience was not positive. Are you connecting to an official NoMachine server downloaded from the NoMachine website? It could be that the server-side software is the cause of the lag and resolution problems? Can you contact us at info@nomachine.com so we can understand better what part of the app is not to your satisfaction and what NoMachine server products you have installed? The past reviews here look a bit harsh, looks like there were iOS 16 issues that were holding back this app once upon a time.
I’ve been moving from all things Google and needed an RD client that clones physical access as if you’re at the computer — so if someone turns on the monitor they can see a ghost using it. Windows’ native RD doesn’t let me do that, it creates it’s own instance which has a lot of benefits but some limitations. This is everything I’m looking for, but I also wanted to mention: not only is it entirely free for personal use, but I don’t have to make another useless account to use it? What year is it?

Great app! Just two more bugs to fix here. Stage Manager bug - you can’t start NoMachine on the external screen. But you can drag it from the iPad screen to the external screen. The window can be made bigger but not resizing or full screen not possible in stage manager external screen. When this is fixed NoMachine will be perfect. The UI is a little idiosyncratic (double tap to connect, and, an option to terminate the app), that said, the Nx protocol is fantastic. Five stars.Roseprocess

We understand that double tap can look like a not common solution, but we do that to be consistent with our tablet version design, where an item must be selected in order to execute some operations. We're in process of designing the tablet version to be more similar to the phone version, so we've added your suggestion among changes to be considered. App works great and fast on iPad Pro 11. The bug with the magic keyboard not working work-around is not touch the keyboard until the connection is made. Also nomachine does not work on the external monitor with stage manager. Great app otherwise. Hope those things can be fixed.No support for two factor authentication

Hello, sorry to hear you are having problems. What 2FA do you use exactly? Please contact us so we can investigate further. Just so you know, with version 9, NoMachine will offer it's own 2FA functionality, so you can receive push notifications to your device to authorize connections to your remote desktop. So watch out for that.
