Session expired Bug
Any time I try to log in with the app it prompts me to sign in. it attempts to sign in and then immediately has a pop up saying session expired with options: extend session or end session. If I click extend session it force closes the app to the sign in screen. If I click end session it does the same thing. This has been happening for about 2 months now and the app is completely unusable.

It’s ver convenient, they me usage texts and reminders if my due dates coming up I just arranged auto pay so I won’t ever be late again. Very easy till use
Don’t use it
This app worked great till this update!
The app now lets me get to log in screen then keeps flashing extend session or logout, over and over! I finally got logged in and it took my info yesterday but wouldn’t submit my payment, has the app been hacked?
Instead when it just hung on submit! I closed it and went on web to make my bill pay! I sure hope it’s just a glitch, not hacked! I had reported this problem to Ameren last month! But nothing ! User be wear!

Won’t work
When I log in it always immediately logs me out. I’ve closed out of the app, deleted it for a week and redownloaded, restarted my phone, the app and my phone are up to date, but it still immediately logs me out every time. I loved this app before it kept continuously crashing. It wouldn’t even let me on long enough to report whenever I had an outage.

Inconvenient
Inconvenient when you want to use. Frequently requires you to “update app for latest version”, and you are unable to use the app until it’s been updated. The login feature does not save my info/ face recognition. Login feature frequently does not work at all, “Login functionality is unavailable at this time. Please try again later or contact us.“
Unhappy using the app as it has many issues that after 2 years of using Ameren, have not improved- if anything the app has gotten worse over the years.

Frustrated!
I think you guys really need to update your app. It would be really convenient if I could just login pay my payment and log out. The Face ID never works and even when I don’t use it, it pops up and it says unable to load accounts so then I just have to go online and pay it. The app is worthless.
Great one complaint so far
I do not like not being able to use a card instead of my actual bank account. If I am short on funds on the due date I will also be hit with an overdraft fee from my bank.
MAJOR FAIL - Outage Reporting
Reporting an outage using the app is easy. Letting Ameren know the power comes back on is apparently not possible. Ameren probably spent a lot of time and resources tracking down an outage that had been resolved hours before you sent me the “working to restore “ and “Power Restored” texts. Your toll free number apparently doesn’t provide this ability either.

Doesn’t Logout Properly Too Often
It’s a shame that the app doesn’t always log out properly. You log out, then when you come back another time, instead of “now authorizing” you get “logging off”. What? I already completely logged off and even waited a minute before closing out app as it shows me as logged out. Yep, then next day open and “logging off” message again! Have to shut down device so app refreshed.

Can’t log into the app anymore
Log in is grayed out and I can only register with a new account despite having no changes to my account
