Login denied
After using the Ameren mobile app for a year with no problems, it has suddenly stopped allowing me to login. The website allows login but the app won’t. I changed my password and the app allowed me to login once. After logging out, it now won’t accept my login info.
Doesn’t work
Can’t sign in, can’t get the authorization email sent to me, can’t use my own password after I’ve changed the password. Nothing. Beyond frustrating.
Worthless Website and App
I haven’t been able to log on to the site or app for almost 3 weeks now. If I can give it 0 stars I would.

Is there a reason that the login button doesn’t work? Hasn’t worked? I’d love to be able to see and pay my bill through the app which I’ve been using for a while but all of sudden logging in is an impossibility.
Barebones App!
I can view my paid bills or report an outage. That's about it.
Where are all the charts and stats and usage information from the website? The website lets me compare usage from month to month or compare to last year.

Worthless
Has literally no information on it whatsoever. Constantly telling me I’m using no electricity, that I have no bill, that I haven’t made any payment… Every single time I want to know anything about my account I have to call the help desk or customer support and wait.
Add more features
I would like to see the daily energy usage like you find on the website.
Useful, but constantly signs out
The app is useful, but constantly requires that I log back in anew, despite choosing to stay signed in and to use FaceID.
Took out an extra two payments
Used the app to pay bill and their system took out an extra 2 payments. I’ve waited enough time allotted for them to issue credit to my bank account and still haven’t received money their system took from me. I’m on my third call to them. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Face ID is Broken
App functionality is okay but having to sign in over again even when I enable Face ID is a pain.
You can pay your bills, check outages and find all contact number pretty easily. UI looks pretty clean.
