Bad information
First of all I was told be would restored at 4:15 pm then now they are saying 8:00pm but they are also saying the outage occurred at after 7:00. Pm when we have been without power since 6:23 am who pays for the wasted food in my refrigerator and you expect your payment on time but we can’t get an decent time on restoration

Face recognition
I select the face recognition option each time I log in and it never works when I log in the next time
Face ID
Every time I try to log in. It makes me resetup my facial ID, and re-log back in everytime. Especially if I checked the remember me box and have already set up my facial ID, every time. And I shouldn’t have to do that every time I open the app.
Add features!
The app is handy to do some basic things like view or pay your bill but could go for more features and functionality similar to what is on the website such as current usage and some comparisons amongst other things.
User-Friendly
The new updates to the app make it very simple to make a payment via phone and I find it to be very User-Friendly! Great Job!
App is inconvenient
If you want to pay your bill using the app, you may have some use for it but other than that Ameren’s upgrade/ updated to both their website and app has less information about your account. The one thing I miss is comparing my current bill to last years bill. Now you can only compare your current bill to last months bill. Which is stupid.
