Unsure
I got my healbe as a crowd source contributor, I actually purchased two, one for me the other as a gift. I've had it for about a year. The first thing is it's bulky, and not particularly elegant looking. I don't wear it as often as I would like to for this reason. I find the calorie measurement difficult to understand. I'm still not sure what it all means. I would like to be able to change cm to inches or feet. I have just resumed a fitness regiment and I am using my fitness pal the healbe is not a recognized devise for my fitness pal or under armor or any fitness program I have seen yet, this is a bit of a downer as it would be a huge motivator not to mention assistant in meeting with goals and targets. I realise that healbe is constantly developing so I wait patiently and hope that they will improve. I will look around at alternatives. My gift recipient doesn't wear his at all, doesn't fit under the cuff of his dress shirts and he's not tech savvy.

Healbe
New app works well and the tracker its self is very handy, the error tolerance of 15% on calories is no issue at all and the sleep / heart rate tracking is as good if it better than any other comparable device I've used. Tracker wise the black version of the body manager is better for display reading seems more robust than the early releases.

Horrible
Crashes to a purple screen.
Doesn't work on iPad
I've downloaded the app a few times. It displays 1/2 a screen and freezes. Nothing can be done whatsoever.
App shuts down
App opens to info screen but when I try to hit the skip button to open the App it shuts down and goes to my home screen. What's up?
Hope can add Chinese
Love the device and APP. Looking forward to Chinese version.
Neither automatic nor manual
This is still a work in progress. Got my original unit replaced, but it's still easy to mess up. I push the button every time I eat something, but the app still asks whether I was having food at some time. I don't keep track of the time I have actually had a meal, so I tend just to answer "yes". Usually it leads to calories intake well overstated and there is no way to change the response later. I would suggest to put an icon at every recorded food intake by clicking on which it could be deleted or actual food consumption could be recorded for more accurate measurement.
Also, sleep tracking is not very accurate. I would suggest introducing an option to manually put the device in sleep tracking mode and giving a bit more stats, like total sleep time

Original unit replaced
Now that the unit is replaced, things have gotten much better. It’s actually usable at the moment. I am relieved.
Brilliant gadget
Awesome accessory ,working really well comparing to other similar body managers.Would be nice to see iPad version of the app , and a Lille bit more extended view to minutes level rather just full hours.
Still very much recommended

Adds crucial info for the GoBe
I, too, am one of the original backers from Indiegogo, and I just received my device a few days ago, and started using it yesterday. The app provides crucial info and makes using the GoBe effortless. I agree that it charges very quickly, I had no trouble at all updating the firmware, and it connected to my iPhone right away. Its pulse and BP measurements have been accurate.
I’ve been fascinated to watch the graph of my Energy intake (calories) rise and fall as I eat and go about my day. What is interesting to note is that it’s constantly subtracting your Basal Metabolic (baseline energy) Rate and you’re activity as it’s adding calories that you’re eating, so it’s a very different way of looking at “calorie counting”. It’s also interesting to see how quickly the calories are noted when I eat something with a higher glycemic value (vegan enchiladas) vs eating an avocado/tomato salad with whole grain tortilla chips, where the graph rises and falls more slowly.
Improvements for the App:
1. More info about interpreting the graphs available on the app
2. An ability to add notes, e.g., what was eaten, what activity was done, sleep diary, etc.
3. Ability to change the scale of the graph (weekly, monthly, etc) to be able to look at it over a longer time period without having to scroll back and forth.
4. Ability to save the info and download it as a record
I’m eagerly awaiting updates to both the App and the GoBe device! Will post again with another review with new versions.
Also, there’s a Google+ Community (Healbe) where we can post comments and tips.
