Mediocre, but usable

Mediocre, but usable. Just be sure to not let the screen tough your face as you're listening to the audio or it'll reset back to the initial page - super annoying.

Straight garbage designed by a child

Only a child with amateur programming skills can design such a garbage app. Confusing layout. Crashes even after downloading. Don’t bother buying any audio tours if you have to use this garbage. It will ruin your experience. Fire this developer and get someone whose got some knowledge of developing an app.

Good content. Garbage app

Despite having downloaded the information for our tour ahead of time, it still needs an internet connection to work. This is unfortunate as many of the facilities have poor WiFi and no service for data. The app often crashes when it cannot connect. It consistently has pop ups advertising other tours, and then begs for reviews. There is only audio for about 1/2 of the locations. The rest are exact copies of the information posted outside the location. The great audio information is the only reason I would give the app 2 instead of 1 star.

Quite good but no audio for several entries

Quite a good guide but for a so-called audio guide they hadn’t bothered to record audio for about a third of the entries. It kept losing my place when I switched to another app (e.g. camera), which was annoying.

Terrible app that museums force upon you

This app has no controls that make sense and starts and stops when it feels like. People waiting to see castle in Sintra spent most of their time in line cursing this app and most gave up after a short time

Worse audio guide I have ever used

The app crashed constantly. It is far from user friendly.

Terrible. Don’t buy!

The app was recommended at the Sintra palace I was at. I downloaded the audio guide. It did not work beyond the first station. It was formatted incorrectly for my iPhone 15 Pro Max, froze often, and stopped working when the internet was poor (you know…as it tends be at sites in the mountains offering audio guides (there was 5G outside and Edge inside)). Do not buy. Waste of money!!!

Not a good app

This app always stocked while using, and it’s extremely annoying when you’re listening to the audio guide!! NEED TO BE IMPROVE!!

Incredibly annoying

You know an app is bad when they have a page of instructions Of course the point of an app is no instructions are required. This app is worse as the instructions don’t work. Really the app hardly works. I have no idea what the managers are thinking of the tourist sites are thinking to endorse this. They should be sacked for failing their due diligence.

Couple of things to fix
1. This is supposed to be an audio guide. So provide audio for all words. Not just 50%
2. Sort this navigation to stop having to re-enter the tour and just flow from one location to the next

And stop keeping recommending other sites when I just want the audio guide I paid to use
