  • Exceptional Content

You can’t beat video lessons from professionals with notation in written and Guitar Pro formats. This is the “real deal,” and the app just adds another convenient way to access great content. My enthusiasm is a result of my guitar playing being rapidly transformed! My new recipe for success: time, effort, JamPlay, and Guitar Pro.

  • Good iPad interface to a very good internet service

The iPad app is good but seems to be out of date with the features available in the browser. Note that this may be because I am using an iPad 2 and hit the end of line for support. Maybe I could get more up to date support on a current iPad.

That said, the features that are supported work quite well. I am enjoying going through the lessons on my iPad 2.

  • If you can't find it here you can't find it anywhere!

A lot of magicians sharing their magic!
  • Love it

The choices jam play offers are great. Responds always to my email. Looking forward to learning a lot of new things.
  • Lacking pzazzz

Quality of lessons so much better with Justin Guitar so no contest really but now and again, after much prevarication, a bit of gold.
  • Interface is a joke

Content is solid. But the interface is almost a pre-alpha. Missing so many features, especially compared to GuitarTricks, which feels like a polished, finished product by comparison.

I'm gonna ride out my year membership because it has some great lessons and songs I wanna learn, but I won't renew unless they fix their awful interface.

  • Your search is over!

JamPlay is without a doubt the best source of online guitar lessons and resources covering an extensive range of styles and genres. All lessons are of high quality and professionally produced and presented. Support is friendly and timely. Lots of opportunity for online interactions as well. Did I mention the chance to win fantastic give always? Thank you JamPlay - well done.

  • Great content, navigation lacking

This iPad app is an improvement over using the website. Content is diverse and very good to excellent depending on the instructor. Supplemental material very useful and necessary. Multi-camera angles a big plus. App navigation could be better, e.g bookmarks lacking, sessions reset to beginning, not intuitive. Still, one of the best sites available for the money.

  • Excellent learning site

Many years of experience with these instructors. Different types of instruction and there is a free YouTube selection of videos to experiment with and find an instructor that might suit your level. I would recommend this for anyone at many different levels.
