Do not fall into the same trap that I have. Having previously been a member of jamplay who subscribed through their website, I downloaded the app for convienience, however half the features you can access on the website CANNOT be accessed through the app. I didn't mind this as I could simply log into the website if I wanted to access those features.
However, after a shortbreak from subscribing, I decided I would re-subscribe. I uploaded the app and subscribed through the upgrade button on the app paying the full monthly fee. However, when I wanted to use some of the features available on the website, I couldn't log onto the website.
After speaking to customer services, they told me that if I subscribed through the app then I would not have access to the website ( despite paying the full fee and despite no prior warning on the subscription page that this would be the case) why should I be restricted to the app when I payed the same fee last time and had access to both the website and app just because I registered through the website?! It makes absolutely no sense.
Several emails later....Jamplay fail to see this as a problem, I have been advised to cancel the app subscription and resign up via the website (thus losing the £13 subscription I have already paid and having to pay another £13) refusing to offer me a month free as compensation, they will only offer me half?!
Be careful
