  • Absolutely Terrible

    I can’t believe my doctors office is using this terrible app. Cannot submit time sensitive documents on it. Would rate 0, this is an inexcusable bug to fix.
  • It’s… an app

    That’s the highest praise I can give it. Regularly freezes, face recognition only works some of the time and often all face recognition capabilities on my phone stop working after using this app and only work again after restarting. Messages intermittently go through; make sure you get a “your message has been sent” screen before going back to the main messages list. Notifications are not very customizable, I have to wait until I get an email notification to know that I have a new message. There has to be a better option out there than this.

  • Very bad experience!!!!!

    Very poor user experience! Cannot imagine this company has been in this field for 20 years.

    All the IOS team should be fired. You provide the ability to upload attachment images, however, user has to adjust image size to fit the requirements by the app using PC. And the web version doesn’t have attachment upload option.

  • Makes communication frustrating

    Very irritating that you can’t see an ongoing message thread when trying to respond to a message. Hope this is updated at some point. Or at least be able to save draft messages if you have to go out and refer to a message you are responding to.

    App also freezes and kicks me off all the time. Would truly rather forego my HIPAA rights and communicate via email, but alas that is not an option 🙄

  • Pointless

    Can’t request an appointment, it’s like they don’t use this app, so if the clinic isn’t gonna utilize it, why have it
  • Freeze

    App freezes. When you exit app, the face recognition comes up and freezes the phone.
    Also, when deleting messages the incorrect message was the one removed. Terrible app.
  • Won’t let me submit

    App won’t let me submit important time sensitive consent forms. It works fine a few weeks ago but now I can’t submit everything.
  • Keeps showing new message!!

    My app keeps saying I have new messages and every time I turn it on, it’s ones I’ve already accepted/read!
  • Says my doctor isn’t on the app.

    My doctors office uses this to communicate and I have to use the web browser version because the app can’t find my doctors office.
  • Keeps showing it is loading

    The new update keeps showing it is loading. I cannot use the app.
