Buggy

So is good when it works. But I just upgraded and my team schedule is gone.

Hi there. Can you email us at help@BenchApp.com. Upgrading would not remove your schedule.

OK when it works

The IM doesn't work as it hangs when I try to get in. Then the whole app crashes and you have to restart. Update never works. I'll get an update notice to update then redirects to the app store to download. But, the app never refreshes and I have to restart the app to apply the update.
TLDR: it's the constant hanging that makes the app unstable. The schedule update works fine and haven't had an issue.

Good App… Terrible Tech Support

No live chat and 3-5 days for an email response. Do yourself a favour and try another app.

Way too many updates.

This app gets updated almost every other day. Stop updating it so much for useless stuff.

Makes running a team easy

The only thing I would like in a future update is a ‘rain out’ option. The games we had rained out in past games doesn’t allow me to change to anything relevant.

love this app

while i appreciate that some users have had issues (as have I) i love this app. the freedom to sign in and out of a game is wonderful. and the feature set is awesome. definitely the best app of its kind and i’ve used several. i’m happy to go through the app growing pains with you. keep it up!!

Frustrating

I wish I could give more than 3 stars. It is a great concept and app for managing team sports. However, the amount of updates, crashes, missed alerts and messages is quite frustrating. Hopefully they can rectify these issues asap as a paying customer. I expect better. For example. Today. I haven’t been able to use the app. Uninstalled and still just spins.

If only

So many bugs on mobile. My app shuts down almost every time I use it. My teams I manage, so often players are forced to a waitlist despite no settings being on for that. Constant chat notifications for messages already read. The web version is much better, but isn’t it supposed to be a native app first? :( My teammates complain all the time about their issues. It could be such a success.

Hi there. Can you try doing a fresh app install? It should fix the crashing problem! If players are forced on the waitlist, it means you have a max player setting turned on or they're spares.
