If only
So many bugs on mobile. My app shuts down almost every time I use it. My teams I manage, so often players are forced to a waitlist despite no settings being on for that. Constant chat notifications for messages already read. The web version is much better, but isn’t it supposed to be a native app first? :( My teammates complain all the time about their issues. Hi there. Can you try doing a fresh app install? It should fix the crashing problem! If players are forced on the waitlist, it means you have a max player setting turned on or they're spares.Huge help
Some of the features aren’t as user friendly as they could be. But all in all this app has been a huge win for our beer league hockey team. Makes life a lot easier and the team is a lot more organized. Only other downfall is it seems like there’s constant updates. But then again that’s just them making improvementsShow lessJddel
This app could easily be better.
We used to use another sports app, it was much better, but my team uses this. Yes has glitches and other annoyances finding your way around. No doubt about that. And what’s going on with the limited emojis and difficulty sharing copied gifs from the internet in the chat??? To this day I can’t figure out how to share a moving picture joke with friends. And did I mention you only have like 5 emojis to choose from??? Ridiculous.Show lessDrags 5555

App has been great for the last year for my hockey team. In the last month, the app has been very problematic. Scores not saving properly when going through scorekeeper. Random crashes. And now I can’t even get on to the app. Every time I try opening it, it tells me it can’t load my player profile and closes. Went backwards. Constantly crashes/terrible for multiple teams
For the last 6 months or so, throughout all the countless updates, my app crashes after anywhere from 10-30 seconds being open. Before that I had never experienced these crashes. I am not exaggerating either that it is literally every single time I open the app it will crash in under a minute. As far as teams go, I’m on 3 full time teams and in 2 weekly scrimmages so all 5 have a different BenchApp. There’s just so many glitches between the teams. I’ll have times where I open the chat for a team and it has the correct name but is the chat from another team… There are a few other examples but it’s not worth my time listing everyone on here. This app is not good, but unfortunately, there is no better option right now. It is very slow, it crashes constantly, you get the white screen of death at times and chats don’t load. If there was any other option that works better I would immediately stop using it, but there is no other option right now.Show lessSpazemunky

I’ve been using BenchApp for 3ish years now, and it makes managing a team a lot easier. Like a lot a lot. Sometimes it freezes and requires an app restart but that’s not too big a deal. What irks me the most is the inability to check game stats per player. There is no way to do it! I want to check points, plus minus, etc which I input for all players during game, but there is no way to check individual game stats, only season stats. Other than that the app is great, just wish they’d add that feature.Show lessKopi Anzetar

I’ve paid for the subscription and tried the non subscription version. Both have tremendous problems! I get extremely upset putting all this information and time into this app to help my team be organized for the whole app to just not load or not work correctly for everyone!
Honestly love the idea of this app but like today we have a game later, I have everyone checked in that I need and set up lines for the game, and now I can’t see anything and neither can anyone else!

For a simple app, this is pretty terrible. Had to report their email updates as spam until I could turn off updates. Then it just keeps reminding me to sign up for them.
Edit: now it doesn’t even load. And reinstalling the app is not a solution, it’s a temporary fix.asenyak

When opened, the app fails to load and you confront a blank white screen. Been this way for weeks now. I still receive a weekly SMS asking for attendance, which I can reply Y / N to. But these are separate from the mobile app itself.Gmatticus
