New update bugged

Just did the most recent update and now I can’t see any of my schedules

If only

So many bugs on mobile. My app shuts down almost every time I use it. My teams I manage, so often players are forced to a waitlist despite no settings being on for that. Constant chat notifications for messages already read. The web version is much better, but isn’t it supposed to be a native app first? :( My teammates complain all the time about their issues. It could be such a success.

Hi there. Can you try doing a fresh app install? It should fix the crashing problem! If players are forced on the waitlist, it means you have a max player setting turned on or they're spares.

Potential for improvement

Automatic payment reminders have never worked, contacted them multiple times and they have stopped responding. They removed the 3 stars of the game feature which was liked by our group. It’s disappointing that the app does not track wins for “drop in” games. If you put the score in it should keep track of the stats like wins, goals for goals against, etc. I hope over the next year the bugs are resolved and they add new features for drop in groups.

Hi Nate. We are working to bring back the 3 stars in our new update to Chatter. Scoring scrimmages and drop-ins is coming soon as well!

Doesn’t work

This app randomly shuts down (a problem for months now) to the point that it’s almost unusable. Everything is up to date, and it happens for my friend one her phone too. Unreliable

Why are there so many updates?

I have to update the app 3-5 times in a day. Very annoying

Hi Rob. We have updated the app a lot since the 3.0 release as we’ve been fixing bugs as quickly as possible. The alternative is a lot of bugs that makes the app worse. We hope to make the updates less frequent though.

Too many updates

Constant updates need are extremely annoying. Every time I update it resets all my settings too which isn’t again very annoying. Great platform but stop updating every other day please

Huge help

Some of the features aren’t as user friendly as they could be. But all in all this app has been a huge win for our beer league hockey team. Makes life a lot easier and the team is a lot more organized. Only other downfall is it seems like there’s constant updates. But then again that’s just them making improvements

Great idea - horrible implementation

So many glitches. You guys have multiple updates and still can’t figure it out. Newest update and GIFS don’t work lol. Good old fashion text are still more reliable.

Hi Mike. We’re very sorry for the downtime yesterday. We’ve greatly increased our capacity but the majority of the issues were caused by our server provider. Being a team of only three, we worked as quickly to get it up and running better than ever.

No chat

Chat function has disappeared as has individual game stats.
