I love the stability of this system. I love it. And you won’t find a better system for the price especially when it comes to the wide array of sensors.

Cannot add devices
The app shows no loading spinner or progress and simply never proceeds after trying to give a device a name/location. Completely non functional.

How do you set up a hub if the app is non-functional? Maybe it an update issue?
Broken camera
Since the latest iOS update the app is crashing about 10 seconds after switching to camera view. As Ive been using it as a baby monitor this is obviously not convenient. Prior to this it still had a junk user interface (can’t truly full screen camera mode, for example). Come on guys, this isn’t hard. Just put a little effort into improving/debugging the app. Why will anyone buy you’re hardware when the software it’s used for has awful reviews?

One of most reliable apps I have used
This is of the best apps ever, very reliable, very easy to use. I have used other security apps and I have the most confidence in this app.
App by 3 year olds
This is by far the most ridiculous, non functional app I have ever seen. Was there ever any testing done on this app? Any user experience concerns addressed or even tested? How can such a poorly made app even be published to the App Store? And there seems to be no rush to fix it either. Customers have been writing poor reviews for ages.
There is no account page. No way to log out, no way to change your password. Hub’s forgot password doesn’t work. Looks like it’s not even implemented. If I’m locked out of my hub, what the hell am I supposed to do?

If you wanna waste your money then go ahead buy it .I bought the hub with five cameras and multiple sensors they never work properly the outdoor cameras are always offline even if these are online they only work when you are in wifi with cellular date you can’t view the cameras at all and to top it off really poor tech support they are clueless about these problems.

Good Option
Skylink is an excellent option for home security. The system has a slight delay in connectivity based on your own network but it’s a good reliable system. Stop paying these huge companies money every month to monitor when you can do it yourself.
Unstable app - update
They have fixed the instability issue and I want to update my review. This system is now reliable. We have the equipment in our barn and use Wi-Fi signal to monitor. The camera, siren, and door sensors work unfailingly in the extreme winter and summer temps. We have disconnected the motion sensors due to insects setting them off. I upgraded my review to four stars therefore.
Every other day I have to delete and reload the app. I was supposed to get call back from tech customer service but never did. I like it when it works. But hate it otherwise.
