Crashes

I have been using this for years with no problems. But with iOS 14.2 it crashes on start up. Now it’s unusable.

Needs an update

This app is in desperate need of an update. Many features are broken such as the relax to sleep skips during playback and the back script that is written over on several screens. The app should be resized for the full screen phones out now.

Won’t even load just crashes. Useless!!

App broken since iOS 13

Since upgrading to iOS 13 last night, I am now unable to sync the data between the app on my phone and the ResMed device. From the app, if I press the sync button the sync will attempt to begin then after a few second the app will crash. I have tried to disconnect and reconnect Bluetooth as per the instructions in the app. I have also tried closing all apps and doing a reset on the iPhone.

This leaves me with a device that I am unable to use.

Not let me sign up

I try many time to sign up for the app and keep telling me several times that is an error and I can’t use it ... frustrated

Hardware good, app terrible

ResMed is a leader in CPAP and this hardware is excellent but the app is incredibly badly designed. It requires that your smartphone is near your bed (we usually keep it in another room while sleeping). The app must be manually started before sleeping and stopped upon awakening, and this is not a simple screen tap - you have to scroll down past questions it asks you to start it. If you hit the wrong part of the screen which is easy to do without glasses or when you are groggy then you have to navigate back to the main screen.

It would be truly great if integrated with their CPAP and communicated directly with the website. It would also be better if the S++ device did not require cell phone proximity and if it detected sleep and automatically turned on and off.

It would be extremely helpful to those of us with sleep problems if ResMed could improve the app.

Stopped working and no customer support

I used the S+ for almost 2 years then last week the app stopped working completely. Deleting and reinstalling App didn’t work, I can’t log in or even sign up as new account. They provide no customer help or contact information on the app. After I finally tracked down contact information on their corporate website the 800 number directs you to send email to an invalid customer service email address. Over $100 now completely worthless and very disappointing.

Another abandoning by Resmed

Another app and expensive product that is no longer supported. Seems like Resmed releases a product makes the initial money and stops supporting it. In my opinion and maybe that of the attorney general this is criminal behavior.

Doesn’t support iOS 12.2 at all

I’m unable to use the hardware because the software doesn’t work on my iPhoneX with iOS 12.2. I’m very disappointed.

TIP: Disable Wi-Fi on your phone to make app work

Five stars for the support team who responded to my request right away. They also gave me a solution... Turn off WiFi on my phone... Setup account ... And it works!!!
