This app is so bad. Almost makes the cameras useless. It’s so slowww! Always crashing
Near impossibly to review footage
Not sure if it’s the cameras or the apps, but every time I try to review footage, it’ll slingshot back to another time. The 8x fast forward barely speeds things up.

Spent to much money on cameras for it not to connect when Im not at my house. What’s the point in security if you can’t use it when not at home in WiFi range stay away if possible
Waste of time
This app is absolutely rubbish. I’ve Dahua cctv system installed. This app only worked for a couple of months and then stopped. Every time I tried to view it says connection failed. WASTE OF MONEY N TIME 👹
Garbage
My Nest Doorbell video recording is better than this garbage. You can’t fast forward or rewind without having to wait for the video to load. If you go to a specific time (for example 8:01am)- it kicks you to a different time frame and you continue to wait for it to load. It’s slow and clunky. Awful viewing. Doesn’t let you fast forward or rewind quickly to find a person or movement. You have to drag to a time, wait for it to load, and hope you picked the exact perfect time to catch the movement you were expecting to find. This is junk.

Very disappointed in the app, the cameras I bought were very high quality and the fee was hefty however I did not mind for the security of my home yet all the work done on my cameras were let down by this app that bugs out and fails to show my live feeds constantly in times of need the app is useless only a main feed screen is reliable otherwise I don’t recommend this app at all

Ridiculously cumbersome
I wish it had a “one dvr mode”. So you don’t have to see all of the options for the rare person who needs to view several DVRs on one app.
This app is so difficult to navigate. Difficult to program. Difficult to view. There is no one-click anything. Just menus and submenus of proprietary tech terms. Just make a basic viewer that opens to all of your cameras. Just open the app and there are all of your cameras. Tap on a camera and it’s full screen. Tap again and it’s back to all of your cameras. Why is this app so hard to find?

Garbage
The notifications side of this app fails to work properly. Just stops sending notifications about camera alerts without any warning or changes from the users, takes hours of changing settings and reinstalling to try and figure out why it’s stopped! Surely there must be something better!
Need support iPad
App work great on iPhone but I have a iPad.The view does not change or get bigger for iPad,plz fix !!!
