Not working - again!
Used this app for a while now and always been very intermittent. today just stopped losing cameras?.. even though working fine this morning, hdr is fine cameras all on working ect just this infuriating app AGAIN!! Even when working , cameras take ages to load up, and an ice age to check viewing on check on anything if needed. If you are lucky enough to view saved data, it may give you a taste and then freeze up- completely!.

Shocking
Utter cack, keeps cutting out do not waste you’re money. Downloaded the same app on two different phones, both iPhone 13 max and both apps are totally different. Both have the same problems. Utter cheap crap after spending a lot of money on the security camera etc
No notifications
Downloaded this app for our camera system. Started out great, receiving notifications whenever the system detected motion. Updated my iPhone to IOS 15 and now not receiving any kind of notifications. I’ve double checked my settings to ensure everything is correct. Still can’t get the notifications to work.

I read all these reviews and I have to be honest and say that I do not have any of the issues specified by others. We have had this system for some years now. However we use ours on a commercial level for our businesses. So we don’t want to be notified when people walk past we just use them to view the premises do playback. It’s not been glitchy, loads well and quickly. Maybe we just got lucky

Outdated app.
Very small screen layout,not compatible with iPads.
Stuck in full zoom mode
App has cameras zoomed all the time. I can’t adjust and when you try to view full it glitches so full camera view not available -may need a fix.
Constant crashing...
Can't view footage without having it crash after a minute or two. It's a royal pain in the rear which renderers the app pretty much useless.
This app is useless.
This app crashes continuously! Only reason I have cameras is because my husband and I are on the road a lot and like to be able to view what’s going on at home. But because the app seems to always crash, I haven’t been able to get on it and see what’s going on at home. I can’t move my cameras so I can’t comment on that part, however, I am supposed to be able to go back and watch recordings and never have been able too. If I could not give this any stars, I would! But I have to choose at least one. Don’t waste your time with this, move on. Especially if you’re like us and rely on it religiously!
