I have not been able to successfully access my accounts with this app. Worked for a few months and not working reliably for last few months

Keeps saying my app version is not compatible with the server but there is no update.
Junk
This app is junk to many steps to login. Having to wait on a security code EVERY-TIME is uncalled for!
Badly needs updating. 2005 lvl app
A banking app that does NOT have fingerprint ID for logging in! Can you say nuisance? Manually logging in with username and password in 2020. Also you must accept some stupid user agreement EVERY SINGLE TIME you log in! Dumb app design that needs modernization. What is Century Bank waiting on?

Simple yet consistent
Great app. It is simple and easy to operate. They do have several security protocols built in, any time I’ve ever had trouble I just call my local bank rep and they get it fixed right up.

The app is poorly designed, and the security questions are utterly idiotic.
Example: Which of these roads is CLOSEST to [insert your previous address].
Example: Which of these roads is CLOSEST to [insert your previous address].
Worst app
Your system should provide a way for a person to answer security questions to reset password. It is a Saturday afternoon and I am now unable to access information until a branch opens Monday. This is something I suggested over a year ago for both app and website. Poor customer service with all the technology available today.
