The app stopped working
About a week ago the app stopped working, when I try to log on I get a message that says “we are unable to obtain the security questions needed to confirm your identity.” After I called the bank the lady told me to delete and reinstall the app and that the IT guy has had no complaints similar to mine. The app still isn’t working. I’m debating on switching banks altogether due to the poor customer service and lack of concern for this issue.

I believe the app has a bug in it
Doesn't perform the main function I downloaded it for.
In the description for the app, it is implied that I can use this app to electronic deposit checks into my account. However, either I could not find this option or the app does not actually have that function.
