Some withdraw problems
For some reason I couldn’t get my money transferred towards my account and there was no one to speak with so I put a review and finally I get an option to fix the problem hopefully soon because I lost $500 after I saw that I couldn’t get money transferred. I just pay them all what to do, anyway I’m grateful somebody cares about reviews circle back with options not too bad.

Inefficient Customer Service and Does not honor bonuses
I played through my bonus amount hundreds of times and was not given any cash amount. I emailed customer service to question this and got no response (still haven’t gotten one).
App not working
My first 5 minutes trying to sign up for this and it closed out twice and didn’t load twice. I also don’t see my 20$ bonus
High 5 games
I like this app but I can never play the high 5 games. It won’t allow me in. Don’t understand why
Awful service and slow withdrawal time
I’m not really sure why this casino is highly rated. They don’t respond to emails. Their customer service is non existent. Their withdrawal times are the slowest in the industry. Most casinos now are next day if not the same day withdraws. I’m now waiting on 10 plus days with only one email correspondence back from them. It is really unacceptable and they should not be in business if they aren’t able to pay you in a timely manner.

Easy to deposit. Hard to withdraw
Not happy with this app. Can deposit with credit card but need banking info for withdrawal. It might just be bad luck but after years of playing blackjack I have never experienced such unbearable bad results

Deposit bonus a scam
I have played on many of these sites, and I fully understand the nature of wager requirements for deposit bonuses, but this one is out of hand. I was playing slots and it was giving me $.20 on the dollar toward the wager requirement. I have deleted this app and recommend no one ever plays here, but if you do, do not take any bonuses from them.

Terrible- zero chance at cashing out what you put in
After a 90 day hiatus I decided to give it a try. Absolutely atrocious as I lost 1K in minutes—- not hours… minutes . Non stop losses. Obviously these casinos are hurting badly and trying to recoup wherever they can. Even the payouts on the wins have been reduced even worse than what they were before. Last time I’ll ever try this casino. You will continue to lose people if he continue to rob every penny from people. Absolute disgust. Just excluded myself from any products you have and will never play another site associated with 888 or any affiliates.

Do Not Recommend
If I could give 0 stars I would. IMPOSSIBLE to get your money withdrawn. I have been trying for months to withdrawal my money, submitted all the documents they requested and keep getting the run around. They’ve asked me why I’m requesting the withdrawal which I’ve responded to. Then a week later will be told they can’t process my withdrawal until they receive my documents (which they already have received and verified) They didn’t have any problem taking my money without anything being verified but to get my money out is a complete hassle. I am STILL fighting to get my money out from my account with them.

Not that bad
I’ve withdrawn winnings multiple times. It just does take time like over week, but I have never missed one. Understandable people want there money right away. But at least this is a legit New Jersey app.

You’ll never get your money out
Absolutely go to a different casino. The customer service is a legitimate scam. They will take 4-6 weeks to answer, when they do answer they will respond with a non sense answer that has nothing to do with your question. It’s near impossible to withdraw funds, no matter what info you provide they will keep changing the requirements. Do not get drawn in by the deposit match bonus because you will never be able to withdraw that money. If you somehow manage to spend 30 x initial deposit + cash bonus you still wouldn’t be able to withdraw the money. I think they lose business this way I will never spend a penny through 888 casino again. Go to draft kings or a legitimate casino based out of the us . 888 casino is based out of Gibraltar if that doesn’t have scam written all over it idk what does. In summation you cannot ever win at this casino one the money is deposited it is theirs.

Beware. They will take your money but if your State does not allow, you cannot play. They don’t tell you this before taking your money. Then, you must jump through hoops to receive a refund. Asking for license and voided check. Um, no thank you.
Unbelievable
Not only did these people beat me out of my money but now they have the balls to email me about playing. These people are not affiliated with Ceasers entertainment or the Jets. I have also noticed that my previous reviews have been deleted. Now they won’t let me unsubscribe to their emails. Apple needs to get them out of the App Store.
