  • Very poor

    Very useless app.
  • Bad App Can be crowned as The worst app

Ads in between clicks heightens the frustration. Looks like a 10 year old kid developed the app. So many clicks to get info on a single ride. Shameful!
  • Terrible

You would have more luck booking train tickets by using a potato. Or maybe a parsnip?

Either way, you are not booking tickets using this app. Just a waste of time and a source of complete and utter frustration
  • Not accurate information.

Disappointed with the app. PNR status mostly say - Oops something went wrong, please try again later, even after the status has changed actually. Cannot rely on this, overall not worth downloading and installing eating up space.
  • Outdated

Needs updating train numbers and times
No point developing and not maintaining
Always the same problems with Indian apps
  • Booking

This idiot app is totally waste to book tickets 😡😡
  • 1st class coupe compartment travel on Vidharb Express on 12th Jan 2019 from Mumbai to Gondia

I was thoroughly disappointed about the quality of the cabin and the toilets were disgusting and dirty. Although there was an attendant on board, I hardly saw him doing anything. I have travelled all over the world in some of the luxurious trains ,even in poorer countries and the trains were clean and full of amenities and first class on board services.

  • Fail to Understand Price Structure

I like Indian Railway and do not understand why Seniors and Women are given 40 or 50% concessions even though many of them could be super rich and can afford the Fare, especially when Railway has to subsidize the Fare. Best regards
  • Passangers

In first and sleeper class still non paid or economic local fare payer entering area and occupy seats?
  • Registration and deregistration

I still can’t register. It is one of the worst websites!
