got a sim card at the airport in bali, no idea how much data i have left or how much i have used the app says i used none.
they sell your number so you get spammed the whole time on the new number.
and the sales person at the airport went into my settings and took photos of my settings info and did other stuff i couldn’t see, abit weird.

Really, really, really bad service…

My phone is iphone 14 pro max and yet this app keeps making me log out meaning I have to log in eac time I open this app. Wosrt app ever!
Poor design
Page too crowded. Difficult to navigate and look for what you need. Credit card form expiration is just stupid.
Horrible App
Apps crash all the time. Cant Acces detail billing statement. Contact the Customer Servuce and instead they told me to send them email every month ask for the detail statement. What a mess!

Cant process payment
The new update (not sure since when) but i realise around christmas that cant no longer buy internet or credit without activated myKas.. the other payment option no longer work. So pretty useless app.

I’m still having my monthly plan data. Bought another credit for phone plan. And my credit still gone for no reason?! Everytime monthly plan run out the notification sms always came late(no notification from this useless app) and they just took the whole credit every time then came their sms basically saying ops sorry you have zero credit because we just stole it. Avoid if you can! If you travel around indonesia a lot, this provider signal coverage is poor use the other popular provider instead! I’m Avoid this theft company! Uninstalled and changed provider!

4G need to fix
I got many and many promotion through short messages and annoying me. The information just resend and same advertising. Connection sometimes up and down. Like when I was playing online game suddenly down for few seconds but the effect made me upset. Display at applications is nice and easy to operate.
