Unusable
Extremely out of date. Appears to be unsupported. Crashes back to Home Screen when attempting to configure, running on iPadOS. Still seems to work on my phone. 1 star rating is for recent model iPads.
Horrible app all around
When i originally got my cameras we had a different app and within last 6 months my old app stopped working and they told me i had to use this new one, well since day 1 it’s been horrible! Not user friendly at all, i have to hit numerous menu buttons to even get live view, forget it if i need to access my hard drive to see old video. I’m going to switch companies for my setup if they don’t change this app.

App constantly fails
Wish I had read the reviews before moving forward with adt. App is awful
Never works
I can rarely play Playback with ease, it’s constantly lagging. The live view either takes forever to load or doesn’t work at all, or only some work while others don’t. I don’t have any issues with the PC, just on the app.
The Worst
ADT should be ashamed of themselves being associated with this app. The playback function is terrible.
Not good
I can’t see the three camera views like I’m supposed to. I can only see one. The other two start loading for a few seconds and then they go blank. I’ve tried numerous times. Fix the app please. The tech guy thinks it could be my mobile carrier. I have AT&T and I have an iPhone XS. I’ve never had any problems with my cell phone, internet or signal. Based on all the reviews I’ve read here it must be the app. Fix it!!

Useless for iPhone 11 on iOS 13
The only thing this app does successfully is install itself. Outside of that, the app is useless. Can’t even add a device/save. Was debugging on my FW & never even saw the request arriving, so who knows where the hell my IP, Username/PW were being sent to. Someone recommended to use their sister app @ IDMSS Lite instead, but the EULA is joke. Just read section 2 & you’ll see exactly what data/personal info (down to your exact coordinates).
