Great subs, terrible app
I enjoy the food at Capriotti’s, it’s a little pricey but they have the best subs out there in my opinion. Unfortunately the app is terrible. Today it would not let me use my rewards money so I had to order in my computer and it let me apply the discount. Also some time ago, I received an offer for a free combo but the combo itself wasn’t free, only the chips and drink were(I still had to pay for the sub). I needed help from the restaurant to actually redeem this offer and even then it was not as advertised. In general it is very hard to use any offers on the app. Please do yourself a favor and order in the store or on their website. Oh, and they don’t have allergen info on the app either so you have to google it yourself.
