Waktu dulu kalau bayar pakai debit mastercard bank luar negeri masih bisa, kalau sekarang sudah tidak bisa, harus melakukan verifikasi terlebih dahulu ke CS. Saya waktu itu mau beli tiket Blackpink dan berhasil dapat 2 tiket yang Diamond tapi tidak bisa bayar karena pembayaran menggunakan Commonwealth Bank Australia di tolak. Mau pesan tiket pesawat dan hotel juga jadi gabisa. 😢 Unistall dulu deh.

For developers attention to this, I've repeatedly to try to open this app on my device, but there was no response, after I managed to open the application on their own for no reason. I do not know why

So i just updated this app. And i lost most of my profile traveler. And i can’t add more profile. The previous version is better.

Line CSnya nggak pernah available, agent di livechatnya jg nggak kooperative. Kita blm selesai chat udh main di end chat aja. It’s such a rude service, when i was chatting with one of the agent initially UB on livechat. He just endchat before i finish finding out any information about my refund status. I know it’ll take time for the process but doesn’t mean u may misinformed ur customers about how long it will take. It’s clear enough on the email how long it will be.

Horrible refund policy
It’s such a pain to refund your money after attempts to buy tickets which was failed due to their system failure.
They wouldn’t reply and follow up with the cases on proper time and as a result the passenger would be stressed and possibly stranded.
Due to there refund policy I would not appreciate this company and would never use and recommend them to anyone.

Infinity War is just a gimmick
So I downloaded the app thinking that they are already selling tickets for Infinity War. But it’s just a gimmick to make users download. There’s no Infinity War tickets for sale on the application. I don’t like misleading application like this. They should not be allowed to advertise if they don’t have the tickets for sale yet.

Saya lebih suka tampilan design logo yg lama, dan penempatan fitur versi lama. Versi baru sering sekali saya terlewat karena warna birunya mirip dengan twitter, apps store, BCA mobile.
No refund submission from app
I saw the refund feature in the latest app release notes. But I can't find it anywhere inside the app.
