Broke my site
I was attempting to remove a section from my homepage and instead it rearranged all the sections and deleted a different section altogether. I had to go piece it back together manually. Luckily I didn’t publish the broken version of the site!
I think Strikingly needs to do some thorough QA testing on the section rearranging functionality of this app. I’m a big fan of Strikingly otherwise and will continue to refer people to it, but I will tell them not to use this app because it is too risky.

Worst customer support
Small business owners beware. Strikingly customer support is only through email if you don’t have the highest priced level plan. You can only get responses by a tiresome and repetitive back and forth email exchange. Not to mention many sections of your website can NOT be updated on the mobile app, namely video, blog and make your own section. I currently pay $192 yearly for a Proplan, and am unable to speak with a “happiness officer” on the phone, even after an escalation request.
Currently searching for a new website builder... do not consider the Strikingly option unless you plan on never updating or changing your website in any way.

Not impressed
Use one of the templates to design a page and went to update it with new photos nothing will upload. Very disappointed at first it was a pretty amazing app for me.

I love how beautiful and simple my Strikingly sites are. I create and edit and promote websites with ease and it’s a game changer.
Very handy app
Like this a lot, useful, easy to navigate, makes a nice job of things. Very good for a lot of uses. Would recommend.
Great for quick editing on the go
I am not always home when I need to edit my website, so this is brilliant for quick edits and blog posts. Super easy to use as well, though any fancy editing is tricky on a phone screen (I’m looking at you spacers!!)

no frills
Strikingly made the complete, minimalist style package. from the pc version up to the very minute details of the mobile app, i'd say im super impressed! i like that i can see how well my site fares in terms of traffic and of course, my favorite part is i can manage my store without switching to another device.

Still needs more work.
Most needed functions are still on the desktop view like editing of blog. It's very crucial for me to have this on your mobile app so I wouldn't need to bring my laptop everywhere just to write or edit something.
Blog enhancement
I hope that you consider improving your blog functionality. More flexibility in the editing options and hope you can add scheduled postings. It still gets the job done, but still needs a lot of improvement.
Suggestion
That app works great as it is but, it will be greater if the app can have the option to have a desktop mode. Since mobile phones are almost as powerful as laptops, I think this can be done. Don't you think?
