Train wreck
This app is always a train wreck. Like now I can’t even log into the app cause somehow it didn’t auto fill. Now I’m locked out. I also started paying bill online instead of using app because even if you check the option to remember login, it never does. Short story is I hate this app and never use it. Since it’s not user friendly at all I can promise you I won’t be paying for any of it when subscription expires. Other complaints since there’s nowhere else to put them: When using turn signal on Santa Fe the daytime running light turns off and makes that side look like a broken light- I have seen video where some SF don’t do that… the blinker is actually the top portion of the DRL. Changing it makes it look goofy and stupid. System updates are far between- they should be providing updates with features far more frequently- haven’t seen one since October. The digital cluster needs some love- why do they have a carbon red cluster but not a blue carbon that would actually match the interior lights? And lastly the built in sounds of nature is nice to have but they have totally ruined it with background music. I’ve never heard classical music playing from the heavens in nature. We had been talking about a new car for quite sometime. But because we had not had a car payment in years, we continued to delay the inevitable. Well, the universe has an interesting way of letting you know when it’s time for a change. Our youngest son was in an automobile accident(everyone was safe and uninjured, praise the Lord) and we were needing an “extra” vehicle. So, I dug my heels in and began my deep dive into safety, consumer reports and affordability. Those along with the fact we needed lots of room for all of our family), led us to Southern States Hyundai. My interest lies in either the Santa Fe or the Palisade. After coming price, comfort and size (along with some of the “must haves”, we test drove the Palisade. Once I did that, I was hooked. The color was exactly what I was looking, the pricing was within my budget and the warranties made it absolutely impossible to reject. The Palisade is the nicest vehicle I have ever owned and I know I will probably never have to buy another vehicle, but if I do, it will be in the Hyundai family.Show lessDeveloper Response

This app needs serious improvement. I saw a review from 2 years ago complaining about the same things I’m about to complain about. This app doesn’t work at the most inconvenient times. When I call customer service, they always tell me that they’re fixing the system and fixing any bugs, which we all know is a lie because the app still has major issues. An app that has been out for a few years now should not be having technical issues like this. When opening up the app, the loading screen will stay on the entire time it will never actually open up the app, I would close the app try to restart it, and it would still do the same thing, just the loading screen until you turn the app off. this app will also log you off and lock you out of the app. It is very frustrating when the app doesn’t work, but being told by customer service that it’s technical issues that are being repaired at the moment, why would there be repairs during hours when people will be leaving their house for work. And yes, I will see if I could give negative stars I would.
