Terrible App and Customer Support
I regret ever purchasing the full version of JetAudio. The app fails to play a significant number of MP3 files, and their customer support is completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to reach out and provide all the requested details, I received no meaningful assistance or resolution.
Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customers is appalling. Instead of solving the issue, they ignore your concerns, leaving you stuck with a faulty product.
Save your money and avoid this app at all costs. There are far better alternatives with reliable functionality and professional support teams.

Upset
I had purchased your audio on a another device and it was brilliant when I saw it on Apple Store. I purchased it again and then after that I had used it tried to play music and it did not work was not happy. I thought it was my doing, but it’s not it is the app that is fault, not happy. I paid 1299 and it doesn’t work.

App Cliche
There’s a cliché in the new update…. The song just keeps repeating itself without the repeat icon on.
The best for tweaking the sound
I’ve been a big fan of this app for a while! Although music navigation is a little tedious sometimes, the magic happens when you use the AM3D audio enhancer along with the 20 band equalizer. I’m using these with high end iem’s (Sennheiser ie600) and it can produce a very natural sub-bass boost without coloring the mids and highs. I highly recommend purchasing the base app for the 20 band eq, as well as the plugins, because they’re very worth it. I’ve given up on using my $500 dacs and amps, because frankly this app sounds better than they ever can!

Great audio player one of the best, However
This would be perfect if you could sort album tracks in track order on cloud drives like google, like you can in others, hopefully you can do this in later versions, love the fact that there are audio enhancements built in even though you have to get premium to use all the time without the time limits that are in the free version, I will be upgrading to premium at a later date, as stated in another review not all album art gets shown for some reason hopefully this will be fixed as well in later versions. Not being able to sort albums in track order is the only reason why rating is 4 star.

PCloud plugin still BROKEN !!!!
Still getting error 53 even after recent update. I bought the pCloud plugin for £2.99 and it just says “Can’t connect to pCloud: error 53 not connected” and there’s no way to contact you through the iOS app personally. Absolutely ridiculous !!!! UPDATE: I managed to finally get hold of jetaudio’s email but they never replied to me. Not great. You keep updating the app but never fix this.

Having read reviews, I thought I was purchasing a well-designed music player for the iPhone. However, while the app looks good, it could so easily be much more usable. All I really wanted to do was organise playlists for an event - not a difficult task, you would imagine. However, two major problems became apparent: first, that there is no provision for trimming audio (even iTunes has that!); second, the “effects” (equaliser etc) cannot be applied per-file; and third, more important than anything, a playlist can be ordered in a myriad of ways, but not “custom” (where you would simply move a file up or down in the list!)
