Does not work

The app does not work. Will not log on even after putting the code on. Useless app

I didn’t log in in the past 90 days now I’m inactivated

This App is so tedious to use, I called USBank and a very helpful lady helped me set up the process by which every few days any money in my account gets moved to another bank. However, now my account is inactivated because I haven’t signed in frequently—which was the whole point of setting it up this way!! Now they need to send me a form, wet signature, send back, verify officer and signatures then they will decide whether or not to re-activate my account. WTH!

Disappointed

Great customer service but website is designed horribly, endless bugs and endless “sorry, this isn’t working now”-type of messages. Spent over an hour on the phone with a kind customer service person but problem could not be fixed. Told me someone would call me to troubleshoot and nobody called.

Absolutely Worthless

The amount of effort it took to just get access to use SinglePoint is ridiculous, and then the actual application itself is completely useless.

Terrible

This app is terrible. Cumbersome with errors all over the place. It has to be easier to get nasa access than get into this app.

What a load of dung

Rather than buying other banks (union bank in this case) why not you guys spend some money to fix the stupid tech in your bank. Your portal works only on edge. App
Is a joke and since the transition from union to US bank, i have wasted countless hours on this stupidity called singlepoint. Yes it is definitely a single point of all the idiocy and mediocrity. Actually not, even mediocre is much better than this. You guys need at least a few years of work to get to mediocre.

Unbelievable

I was a Union Bank customer for over 20 years and now that USBank took over, I am baffled that their business website called “SinglePoint” is so difficult to navigate and the app is not even functional. Since the take over a week ago, I have been able to log on to the app only twice. The other 100 attempts just results in flashing and crashing. Customer service just tells me they should have it working “in a week or two”. Really?

Worked once… then never again

I lost 1/2 of my day messing around with something that should have been a well oiled work flow for US Bank. Very disappointed how confusing and frustrating this solution has been.

Unable to open

I have the latest version of apple iOS and after charging to log in for the first time, it won’t even let me log in. Waste of time

Completely Non-Functional

Can’t even get past the login screen without it crashing. Why even bother with an app if it’s this bad.
