Unreliable
Unfortunately after a few months using this app I have found them to be unreliable, I pre book my taxis for the work week ahead which takes ages to do because of the way the search is set up, then every morning they turn up late, they allow drivers to accept your job then cancel 5 mins later when a “better” job shows up leaving you sitting there waiting again and causing you to be late for work, I am now changing to a different taxi company because reliability is paramountShow lessChris-m-d-s
Life savers
This evening I dropped my phone in the cab and didn’t realise until I was inside my home. Rang up (from a different phone obvs), operator located the driver and my phone. By this time the cab was six miles away and the driver had logged out for the night. On his own time he brought my phone to me back at my house. A saint. A lifesaver. First Time User.
It’s the first time I’ve used this app and so far, I have no problem. It gave a rough estimate of price and it would appear extremely accurate.
While booking, it estimated between £4.40 and £5.10, the actual fair came to, £4.80 from my home address to St Mary’s Church Bearwood. I am extremely impressed.Show lessBestrickie2
Excellent service
The service was exceptional driver was very friendly and professional. The taxi got to my pickup point with the estimated time and the driver called to confirm that he was on his way. It took me to my destination within the predicted time. Very excellent service provided.Dakarai2024
lifesaver
I recently moved from a place that has a lot of Ubers available and was quite stumped by the lack of them where I now I live. This app has been a lifesaver. The only reason I wouldn’t give a 5, is the scheduling feature can be a bit glitchy. I actually like that drivers usually expect you to pay cash.Show lessGrayceeeeeeee
Poor design. Doesn’t work most of the time
Sadly my local taxi company decided to use this all instead of theirs.
Booking taxi asap is ok.
Scheduling one is awful. You cannot search for a pickup location. Even when you’ve put in the pickup and destination, it generally doesn’t let you continue, putting you in a loop of setting pick up and destination. This is my main gripe as I’d like to schedule a taxi.Show lessPaultom

I used the app for 7 short trips over 36 hours in Stoke. Some booked ahead, some for immediate pick up. 100% quick, to time and reliable.Momobile
Changes pick up location
Half of the times I’ve booked a cab through the app it changes the pick up location to something I’ve never been to before, it’s annoying to me, the driver, the dispatcher, and it’s an ongoing problem for months. Also is it really that necessary to do a fraud check on every single booking?AnnieSW6
First time using, not impressed
£1.01 authentication still hasn’t been returned 2 days later, they held £4 more than the fair both times, first driver was on the phone for the whole journey and actually removed his hand from the steering wheel to make expressions whilst talking to the caller. No issues with app but bad prebook
Just be aware you cannot ‘prebook’ a taxi, seems you set the time and the app will find you a taxi at the time you specify. It should not be called prebook, I would suggest setting a time with this in mind! Other than that it is useful like UberKielyJohn
